About Us
Meet Vivi's Flower Market — a Latina-owned flower shop with El Salvadoran roots and a whole lot of heart. Our founder Cecilia started the shop back in 2022, and it all traces back to her daughter Viviana — the shop's namesake, and the first girl born into the family in generations, after two boys. Needless to say, she was a pretty big deal from day one. New motherhood gave Cecilia some downtime, and instead of scrolling through her phone all day, she picked up flowers and never looked back. We started small in Laurel, then planted real roots in Beltsville — now our OG location — and we're not stopping there. Our claim to fame is the ramo buchón: a big, bold, ridiculously full bouquet with roots in northern Mexican tradition, made for the moments that deserve to go all out. And now we're bringing that same energy to Jessup!
Meet Cecilia Cortez — owner and head designer of Vivi's Flower Market. She's 100% self-taught, having learned floral design the modern way: YouTube videos, trial and error, and a whole lot of stubbornness to get it right. What started as something to fill her days turned into her passion, her purpose, and eventually her own business. Her motto says it all: flower everything up. Every arrangement, every ramo buchón, every last stem that leaves this shop carries that same DIY spirit, love, and determination she's had from day one.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
1. Address Requirements
Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including any applicable building, suite,apartment, or unit numbers. Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returned orders.
2. Delivery Windows & Timings
Standard deliveries take place between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Requests for specific delivery times will be noted, but exact time slots cannot be guaranteed.
3. Fresh Flower & Perishable Handling Because flowers are delicate and time-sensitive, we take extra care during the delivery process:
If no one answers upon arrival, the driver will attempt to call the recipient, followed by the ordering customer.
If there is no response within 5 minutes, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure, weather-sheltered area at their discretion.
Once delivered, we are not responsible for arrangements left unattended, including exposure to extreme temperatures, inclement weather, or theft.
4. Redelivery & In-Store Pickup
If an arrangement cannot be safely left at the property (e.g., locked gate, secure apartment building with no access, or severe weather), the driver will return the order to our shop.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made, as the trip was completed.
A secondary delivery fee will apply to schedule a new delivery attempt.
Alternatively, customers may opt to pick up the arrangement directly from the shop at no extra charge.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
