|Actually there must have been a little misunderstanding as I spoke with someone at the shop and he assured me that since peonies were out of season heād use orquids. I specifically asked not to use hydrangeas because the do not last more than a day.
The arrangement was received and even though beautiful what I was asked and promised was not delivered. I do love ordering flowers from this Florist and even gone to the ship when Iām in town to show my amazement of the work they do. This time I was a little disappointed since these were for a very special occasion close to my heart and my family. I hope in the future I will no be dissatisfied. Thanks

|I was in Los Ćngeles for Christmas and saw the flower arrangement I had ordered from you. Was completely underwhelmed of what I saw. I have ordered many flower arrangements from you many times and were at least double the size of what my family got this time. What happened ? Did you run out of flowers ? This did not make sense. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
