I ordered a boutanier, and it was literally the smallest, practically closed, bud that I've ever seen in a boutanier! So disappointed! And angry that I had to pay $20 for it! So embarrassing for my daughter having to pin such a pathetic boutanier on!

I was very disappointed in the ($85.00) arrangement you delivered to my daughter. I had asked for loose flowers in a vase, no bow. This arrangement is in floral foam, WITH a bow. Not what I ordered.

The customer service was great both over the phone and in-store, but we were let down by the quality of the boutonniere. The flowers appeared aged, and the colors didn't match our request. We had wanted light blue but received a white rose (which was nice) and a small royal blue flower that wasn't vibrant enough for a dance. Considering the price we paid, our expectations weren't met. Additionally, we initially wanted a corsage, but they only offered wristbands for adults and not for kids.

December 2, was quite a day. Broken hearts, deep emotions filled with sadness and comforted by many. We were delighted with the excellent attention and services of Thompson's. Everyone was exceptional compassionate and kind.
I am reluctant to admit the actual floral arrangement with the beautiful urn was somewhat disappointing. I keep thinking of several reasons why that might have been but that does not change the overall expected appearance. At glance, the arrangement was mostly green, tight buds with no color and not enough flowers compared to the size and greenery. fern fronds were placed bottom side up, etc. I do appreciate all the people who were so gracious to us during our extreme sorrow.

I stumbled upon Thompson's Flower Shop in a desperate search to put in a quick floral arrangement order for a business client of mine. Thompson's is an adorable, quaint, floral gift boutique located in Goodyear, AZ. The woman running the shop that day was very accommodating, personable and easy to work with. She and her team used their creative genius to assemble three bubble bowl arrangements in less than 24 hours to match a photo I was provided by the client for pick-up the following morning. By no means am advising folks to put in rush orders; however, the florists were kind enough to accept the challenge and produced three gorgeous, nearly identical picture-matching bubble bowl arrangements that had my client in awe. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase floral arrangements!

I needed to find a Boutonniere for my daughter's prom date last minute.and thompson's flowers made it happen. It wasn't a traditional big rose it was 2 small white roses with foliage and your choice of colored ribbon. I loved it!! I was happy that they were 2 mini roses! It didn't over power his jacket at all. Most floral shops require youbtobhave orders in at minimum 2weeks to a month. But thompsons said nope we can do it within 24hrs and for the price of about $22 you can't beat it. We will definitely have Thompson's flowers on the top of our list.

When I placed the order, the lady who took.my order (I didn't write her name down) was wonderful. She described the plant to me, even took a picture and sent it to me. She was excellent! Talk about last minute. I ordered 2 buttonieres and a corsage for an elopement. I ordered them at 1pm and they had everything ready by 4pm the same day. The wrist bouquet-corsage was delicately designed with white tea roses and royal blue ribbon as requested. It was beautiful.
However, it should be noted that this was quite small for money expended. It may be the sign of the times with inflation, but there are many competitors who charge much less.

Thompson's Flower Shop is the best! I have ordered twice now from them for deliveries to family members that live in Goodyear, Arizona. I live in northern CA, and it's always difficult to order from a florist in another state and feel good about what will be delivered etc. Thompson's has come through for me with flying colors! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
