Once again, Posey Place comes through! I ordered flowers for my mother on a Tuesday evening before Valentine's Day that fell on Friday. I was certain the flowers would not be able to be delivered until after 2/14.
To my delight, Posey Place was not only able to deliver her bouquet by 2/13, but the driver walked the flowers up her long driveway through a heavy snowfall.

The arrangement for my friends mom's funeral looked great. However, the card we sent seemed to have changed when it made it to the bouquet. It was supposed to be from Lela, Rocco, Tony & David. The card however said from Leila, Terry & David. The only reason they knew it was from me (David) is because they don't know many Davids. How hard is it to Copy and Paste the names of who sent the arrangement. Especially since I did it online with the spelling of everyone's names.

This time I thought I would order the Designer's Choice bouquet and give the designer something fun to work on instead of the same old thing. This was a poor idea. Clearly, the designer had had a long day and didn't feel like working. While the flowers were remarkably fresh the design was on par with what I could have purchased (for a lot less $$) at the grocery store. It was just a bouquet in a vase. I would advise those reading this to go ahead and use this florist but be sure to specify a design.

I do not live in the area, found this place from a Google search. I liked their website so I placed an order for a custom arrangement for a coworker who lost their mom. I asked for a picture of the arrangement so I could share with my team since it was from all of us. I added a tip for the florist because I wanted them to take extra care of this order since it was for such a sad occasion. I never received a pic, when I contacted the florist they said they forgot to take one and the order was on the truck for delivery. I asked if the driver could take a pic, never heard back from them. I know mistakes can happen but they never apologized or even responded back. Not a great experience. I'm hoping the flowers were beautiful but I will never know.

The substitute arrangement that was delivered was nice and the recipient was pleased with it, but the arrangement was not as attractive as the original one on your website which had a rose on both sides and was in a much more attractive and balanced pot in a wood frame. I think the original arrangement and pot was much more worth the cost and a discount should have been applied to the substitution. The substitute arrangement is out of proportion to the small pot in which was placed.

The actual arrangement was not well spaced and the flowers were clumped together. None of the glads were in bloom, they were just stalks. It really wasn't very pretty and the funeral home placed it behind stuff to minimize it. My mother was very disappointed. It was also mostly yellow flowers. Not very many pink. Just off balance and unattractive.

The arrangement came slightly different than the picture, but it was better than I expected! Very beautiful and elegant! My girlfriend had never seen a bird of paradise flower in person before, so she was excited about examining it. She is proudly displaying it on her dining table. Everything looked great except that the vase/pot thing they set up the arrangement in was not even close to the picture. It was pink not black and not that cool flat one like the picture shows which was disappointing. But my girlfriend was happy to get the arrangement which is what matters.
