I personally delivered this arrangement and included a handwritten card with your message. I remember double-checking it at the door to ensure everything was correct before handing it off to the nice woman who answered the door for your daughter. That said, I understand how disappointing it must have felt for your daughter not to immediately know who the flowers were from.

We're sorry to hear that this was your experience. After reviewing the order, it appeared that the arrangement with the incorrect count of roses was picked up. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we offered to replace it immediately with the correct 18 roses, which was declined. Ultimately we offered and issued a full refund for all the confusion to ensure the situation was resolved.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
