Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (408) 267-7467, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

|Where I believe the Flower Spot could have improved was on the quality of the arrangement. I ordered the Premium version of the Purity arrangement and it was not as pictured on the website, in the slightest.
The flowers appeared to be drooping vs up and full as pictured, there is no way the delivered arrangement was 12+ inches in height. The top of the arrangement arrived flat, the longest stems hanging to the side of the vase. The vase did not even include the pictured ribbon. Nothing about the arrangement was the quality I was expecting, especially for having upgraded to premium.
The arrangement was to honor the anniversary date of the passing of a loved one and I could not have been more disappointed in the outcome.
I will not be ordering with the Flower Spot again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
