I did the designers choice & added what the recipients favorite flower is & that I wanted something cheerful. They contacted me to let me know the favorite flower wasn’t in stock but that they’d def make it cheerful. They sure did! It’s beautiful & the recipient loves it & keeps telling me how pretty it is. Ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister’s bday. She sent me a picture and they turned out beautiful. Fast delivery, friendly service too.
I was disappointed with the order. I know you stated the vase may be different, but no yellow flowers were included in the flowers. My Moms favorite color is yellow and so I really wanted these included. When I called to question the makeup of the order the woman stated she missed that the order had yellow flowers. I was surprised and disappointed. But my Mom said they were really pretty.

Awesome. I was a last minute order on Wednesday. I wasn’t aware that you guys delivered to Antolin till a friend told me about it on Wednesday, he said he does it more than a few times a year. I’ve always wanted to surprise her, and The Flower Shop pulled through. And actually the roses looked amazing along with the baby’s breath. They have a $5 delivery fee, which is nothing. I also left a tip to apologize for such a short notice. But the two extra prices were not a big deal. Everyone has to make a living. So as you place your order just think about if it was one of your kids trying to save up for a car. Or one of your parents retired from work after many years of grinding to make a living. Only to find out they have to go back to work because the price of everything just went up and they can’t afford to stay retired anymore. Please tip generously. Without this service you will have to go do all yourself. We need places like this to remain open. This was a very convenient service for me. Can you imagine how your wife will feel knowing she got flowers today. And all her coworkers being jealous because they wish someone got them flowers. The smile is way bigger on her face as her getting flowers delivered. Than her walking to find flowers on the kitchen island that you got her. So “ The Flower Shop” I thank you and your service, you all made me look like the hero. I will definitely be using your service again.

No roses per picture. I paid extra for a large flower arrangement. It looked terrible. Carnations only which we’re old and dying.

The arrangement was for a funeral and I'd made a note of it in the form on the website. I'd also mentioned in two separate areas on the custom order form that the deceased's favorite color was blue. The flowers were fine. The vase was green. I don't know if there weren't blue vases or anything, but nothing about that bouquet was blue. I know I left it up to the florist, but I'd mentioned the deceased's favorite color in two areas, I'd have at least expected that to have been taken into account. Especially as it was for a funeral and not some get well soon arrangement.

I am in another state. But the CNA at the nursing home where my mom lives said the flowers were a success.
I have to rely on my mom’s friends and her caregivers to tell me if the floral gift is appreciated and good.
I sent the flowers to a friend in the hospital and she said they were so pretty. I'm happy that she was pleased with them. I haven't been able to see them in person but the picture to order from was gorgeous. Thank you for making a beautiful arrangement for my friend.

The delivered product was not as full of flowers or nearly as pretty as the picture. The picture shows a whole round product but the delivered flowers were not even close to that. The flowers looked as if they were only going to last only a couple days. Will use WKF next time when ordering flowers.

My delivery request was for after store hours, but my balloon bouquet was delivered without an extra charge. Balloons were as described on website and a reasonable price. Very happy with this transaction, would buy from again.

I ordered a custom arrangement for my cousin, and the arrangement was beautiful! Sometimes when you leave it up to the florists, they call you before they put the arrangement together. It would have been nice to get that phone call to talk a little more about the arrangement, but the flowers were perfect, nonetheless. Thank you!

Fast service. Delivered faster than expected. Flowers on the web site and what was delivered did not match. I realize it all depends on availability for the kind and color but the amount of flowers seemed very slight. Very full and pretty in the picture but sparce with lots of open spaces and greenery.
