|The delivery is 5 days late.
If I knew this would be the case, I could have just had flowers sent to the funeral home today for the service.
This is rather unacceptable. I would like some portion of a refund for the inconvenience.

We reviewed your order and totally understand your frustration. After checking our records, your order was marked “delivered” in our system on 11/17, which is why you got the email indicating as such. However the physical arrangement did go out as per your request on 11/12. We can assure you that no order would ever be sent out 5 days late. So sorry for the miscommunication but your order was delivered on the date that you requested, we simply marked “delivered” later than we should have. Again, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Hope that you can trust us again with any future orders. Please email us directly for any further questions or concerns you may have. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
