At The Blooming Bud, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our dedicated team is committed to providing unparalleled customer service, ensuring that your floral experience is seamless and delightful. We are a Family Business located in Olathe, KS. Our shop is a 75 year old Gas station, the space has been completely transformed into a cozy and inviting shop that is filled with a wide variety of plants, florals and a Stainable gift shop. Proudly showcasing sustainable products and supporting Fair Trade, we believe in the power of ethical and eco-friendly choices.

My philosophy is to create arrangements with very fresh flowers that have been processed professionally to keep the life of the flowers and integrity of shape and color at its optimal appearance. I love to create arrangements that meet my clients expectations. I have a passion for flowers and plants and a creative flair for arranging beautiful bouquets and creating captivating plant displays.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (913) 603-9055, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (913) 603-9055 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

As always Trina did an amazing job!! What is truly impressive about her thoughtfully curated bouquets is that I’ve the upcoming weeks you can expect flowers to open up and get more beautiful, and more to bloom changing the look of the bouquet from beautiful to stunning! When you by already made bouquets from the grocery store or online services or even some other florists, the flowers will never look better than the day you purchase them, immediately starting to wilt. This is the second time I've sent flowers via The Blooming Bud. Each time, I've gotten excellent service beyond just being another customer. Both times, I asked to be notified when the delivery had been made, and I was notified quickly with an email. The first time, I was told that some fresh roses had just come in and some of those would go into the arrangement for my friend. A picture of that arrangement was sent to me. I give it a 4 rather than a 5 because the flowers were delivered to the wrong house. We live in a lane with 3 different addresses so it is understandable that it would be confusing, and I did get a phone call that I initially missed to confirm the delivery was to the correct place. The boy in the green truck put it on the wrong doorstep. I was able to walk the flowers to the correct address as it should have been the first cabin and not the second cabin.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
