Substitutions are strictly limited to greenery; our flowers remain uncompromising.
In the rare event that your exact florals do not meet our rigorous quality standards, we will coordinate an alternate selection or full refund.
Delivery Policy
We offer complimentary delivery to the Phoenix metro within a 30 minute drive, covering: Cave Creek, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Sun Lakes, Tempe.
We apologize, but in order to ensure the highest quality upon arrival, we do not offer delivery outside of our delivery zone.
Refund Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. Uncompromising quality is our hallmark. In the rare event that an arrangement does not meet your highest expectations, please contact our atelier within three days for a complimentary replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed immediately, please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
