For our wedding anniversary, I digitallyordered the Modern Rose arrangement for my wife. In the comment section, I requested red roses provided that they were as full as the pink roses which I ordered for her birthday in June. A representative for Tatum called me and told me that the red roses were not quite as full and said that she would send me photos for me to review. She said if these were not satisfactory, she would be more than happy to provide the pink roses. On receipt of the photos, the red roses were gorgeous and I asked her to send these. This type of customer service is rarely provided in today’s environment. I will continue to use Tatum for my floral orders in the future.

I picked up the flowers, and they were beautiful. Pickup was easy, and they had the set ready. However, the flowers fell immediately after I put on the corsage. I was gentle, trying not to mess with it, and the glue immediately detached. I am disappointed as I paid $70 for the set.

My only negative was that I tried several times to call and talk to someone at the florist shop but was told to leave a message. Every time I left a message I got another message that the message couldn’t be saved even tho it was just my name and phone. Very frustrating. Had to order online. I was reassured though that it would look exactly like the photo posted on their website. But after receiving a photo from my recipient, a photo of the roses she had received, I was totally disappointed! An amazing place! They went out of their way to come in early the day of my father in law’s funeral services so they could make sure and get the floral arrangements there before they open because his services started early. We received our flowers on Saturday afternoon and it was a fantastic arrangement. They were still beautiful on mothers day and we added about 12oz of bottled water to bring it up to its original level. By Monday some of the leafy arrangements started to wilt. On Tuesday, most of the roses were really starting to droop (I took pictures to post if needed). The temperature in our house is a steady 76 to 78F and the water level is 3/4 full. The outdoor temperature Saturday was around the mid 90's so the flowers may have been heat stressed during the delivery.

Beautiful flower arrangement. I had requested a Friday delivery to the church for a 11am Saturday event. Tatum called the church to confirm delivery and were told the church was not open on Friday but they could deliver between 9-10 on Saturday. They emailed me the delivery date change and delivered the flowers on time. They followed up with a “delivered” email. My daughter had used them a few weeks prior and suggested I give them a try. Tatum Flowers is my go to. What I love most is the selection of more modern design arrangements, not just standard tall arrangements of roses or multi colored flowers. The recipients always mention the bouquet being prettiest they’ve ever received. They’re also not overpriced, don’t charge more simply based on the style, pricing reasonable.

Beautiful! I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, it was ready to go and even nicer than pictured and described online. The florist had put some extra thought into it and added a few nice touches. I'd forgotten how nice it is to work with a local shop and this was a wonderful reminder. Talk about customer service!!!! My order was unable to be delivered due to hospital regulations (no flowers on this floor). Tatum flowers contacted the hospital multiple times to find out if my friend had moved rooms (I thought he was moving rooms). First let me say you need to change your message on you voicemail recording. Since it was obviously old I decided to use your online order website. The bouquet I picked was gorgeous. Everything online looks gorgeous. However after placing my order with this easy to use site I was pleasantly surprised. Great follow thru, never guessed a florist would send me an actual picture of the bouquet they created, and copy of the included card. I was really disappointed in the service from this facility. The Hawaiian dream looked like such an inventive arrangement I was excited to gift it to my sister for her birthday. What she received was a plastic tin of cheap chocolate (all the same type) that she can buy at Costco. Again, really embarrassing.
This created a sad birthday experience for my sister at the cost of $150. Well done with marketing. Failure on execution and delivery. I will not use this service in the future. I will absolutely whole heartedly discourage others from using it as well.

Overall easy experience, but for the price, the quality wasn't quite there. There was no pink in the lillies as pictured in the photo (mine were white-only), and many of the other flowers were very white so the arrangement had a very 'funeral' feel and didn't scream "romance" for valentine's day. I understand floral arrangements can be different based on timing/flowers but would have been nice for it to look more like the picture, which has a very different vibe.

Firstly, the flowers (In the Meadows) were beautiful. My parents are in AZ for a few months from St. Louis and I wanted to send my Mom flowers for her birthday. I ordered online late on a Sunday night. The next day, I realized I ordered them to be delivered the day after her birthday. I called as soon as I realized my mistake and asked if they could be delivered that day. They were incredibly accommodating. The delivery man called my Mom when he arrived but it was the wrong house. Fast service/delivery and quality flowers! I ordered this bouquet from out-of-state to be delivered for a "vibrant" 50th birthday celebration the next day. It arrived by mid-day - which I was thrilled about. That said, I specifically choose this combination for the gorgeous texture and color combination of pink roses and yellow flowers. All my roses were yellow, there was no pink (to which I referenced in the card - "sunset colors"). Also, added was white filler, which I generally don't knowingly choose, and the bright green accents weren't there. I understand that sometimes, seasonally, you can't have what is shown - however, if I would have known these 2 details, I would have selected something else. Perhaps calling the customer and letting them know of the changes in advance would be a beautiful option. Thank you for your timeliness.

I wanted to send flowers to my husband's aunt who wasn't feeling well. The only problem, we live in Michigan and she lives in Arizona! I searched flower shops in her area online and this was the only one that came up that seemed to be a "small business" that also accepted online orders. Our 9-year- old daughter looked at the pictures and chose a colorful arrangement called "Wondrous Nature" that has pink lilies, purple irises, peach carnations, and daisies arranged in a white basket. First off I’m from San Diego and sent a special person In my life flowers for valentines, which I paid a pretty penny for. I left Details in the special request box and paid additional “deluxe” money. I then receive a picture of the arrangement from my partner and everything was wrong. No roses and I specified, flowers looked dead. I’m a nurse and I was busy that day at work, on my lunch I called the store and I was so upset. The chocolates as well online they look nice and boxed with a ribbon she received some clearance looking chocolates from last year. I wasn’t pleased with your services and will not purchase from here again. I had to have them send her another order. I had a vision and it wasn’t met. Also we have been together for five years and separated for five months so this day was extremely important to me

Will not be using this company again. Ordered flowers to be delivered to an elderly lady at a retirement home. The delivery was made at 3:15 and just left outside a door at the home. When I called to enquire about the whereabouts of the flowers and I asked why I wasn’t contacted to be advised that they could not get into the home and that the flowers were just left I was very rudely told that that’s how they do things. Very disappointed for my aged aunt. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

The flowers were perfect. I was truly disappointed that they were not delivered in time for the memorial service. I wish Tatum Flowers would have contacted ME instead of the cemetery when they changed the delivery date. They ended up being delivered to the church moments before the funeral, but that gave little time for them to be appreciated by the family.

Placed the order online after the shop had closed on Friday. Left a note saying please text me when ready Saturday and I’ll pick it up. The shop opens at 9am Saturday, and I get a text at 9:30 saying it’s ready for pickup. 9:30!

Confirmed my purchase overnight and woke up to an email stating there was going to be a substitution. In which, I replied that I like the overall color scheme AND flower selection so if it wasn't going to look like the picture I just wanted a refund. I received a response but not to what I stated above. Delivery time comes and I'm receiving calls back to back as well as text msgs (while at work). Saying no one was there.. In fact they were. So I had to call my friend and ruin the surprise! Even after I text saying she's there the guy proceeds to call and text smh. My friend then thanks me and sends me a picture of the flowers (beautiful arrangement) BUT Nothing like what I selected smh there was more greenery than anything and very PINK not much of any white. Overall I wish they'd sent a picture of the arrangement before delivery because I would've just asked for a refund! I wish they would've also given a delivery time, that way I could've made myself available to take a call!

I received an email when it was delivered which I really appreciated. There was a mixup with a different order I placed online due to the availability of the church's staff to receive delivery. When I called and explained that I had to cancel, the owner was very understanding and said I would receive a credit. An hour later, I saw the credit hit my bank account!! I will definitely use Tatum again! The flowers were received with appreciation. The photos show the arrangement to look just as the Lavender Bliss photo. The first photo my friend sent did not show the hydrangeas so I called the store. I was told they use a "recipe" for the arrangement and it should have so many of each flower but to call back if there is still an issue. My friend sent several more photos of each angle and sure enough, it had 2 hydrangeas. Very pleased!

The flower bouquet received was not like the picture I saw online. There were not any big lilies that were open or roses that could be seen. The majority of the argument was daisies and greenery. My mom was embarrassed to send it to our neighbor and friend that had just recently lost her mother. Definitely, not the quality flowers we were expecting. I picked the FTD Simply Gorgeous Bouquet because of its soft, dusty pinks; its creamy, yellow-white roses; and the bright, happy green filler. It looked like soft, sweet, new motherhood.
What actually delivered was neon yellow and neon coral roses; deep purple florals; and deep, forest green filler. While the flowers were technically the same (a rose is a rose), the entire feeling of soft, sweet motherhood was replaced by a jarring tropical vibe. While I expect some differences in real life, the color scheme was too far removed.
Additionally, I upgraded to deluxe, and the “additional blooms” promised were not present in the floral piece. It looked surprisingly sparse.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in my first time experience with Tatum.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
