The staff went above and beyond! I requested the lilies be removed because I knew they were toxic to cats. I wasn't sure about any of the other flowers. They staff member who read my order note looked up all the stems in the arrangement and replaced those that are toxic to cats with stems that are not. I did not expect that level of service and deeply appreciated it. I know the recipient did as well.

Placed the order the morning before Valentine’s (I know, I know…) and was prepared to be told they weren’t taking more orders or couldn’t deliver. Two bouquets were ordered from Sugar Magnolia. The smaller bouquet "Box of Love" was quite satisfactory. The deluxe bouquet "Blue Ridge" had very little blue/orchid flowers and an abundance of white flowers. I had asked for the flowers that were to be added to make it the deluxe version to contain some white flowers. I had tried to talk to someone at the shop but it was impossible to reach them directly or through BloomNation. If I didn't live a thousand miles away, I would have visited the shop to place this order, it was important.

Upon reading my initial review, the owner of the shop immediately contacted me via email and text after her shop had closed. She apologized for the misunderstanding of my instructions. She heard my disappointment and provided me with a satisfactory solution for the bouquet and for the inability to communicate. Hannah genuinely cares for her customers and has a beautiful product on her website and facebook page. I will do business with her again.

My paranoia in ordering flowers from a website is that what gets delivered will be a lot smaller than expected and not nearly as nice as pictured. That was NOT the case with this. This arrangement was even more beautiful than pictured, as they had added some white roses to give it a little extra brightness...and it was larger than expected. However the room for improvement is to 1) Text both the recipient and giver as soon as it is dropped off to help minimize time outside due to the increase in "porch piracy" and 2) Please wrap the flowers in paper or plastic to minimize damage from winds which seem to come thru the area with increasing frequency. I chose this arrangement because the photo showed succulents as well as fresh flowers & greenery.
The arrangement she received had NO succulents. I wanted the succulents because they would last beyond the life cycle of the rest of the arrangement.
The arrangement she received is very pretty but will die & be gone with nothing to remember this special day.

Fantastic job! Flowers looked better than what I saw on the website. Last year I sent flowers to my daughter for Valentine's Day through FTD. The flowers were pretty however looked nothing like the picture. I understand you use what you have available but the only similarity between the one you sent my mom for mother’s day and the picture is the vase and rocks. I picked breathtaking blossoms because it reminded me of my mom and she got something completely different.

We are happy the flowers were beautiful, however in order to make sure of that, a few substitutions in flowers were needed to make the arrangement full and fresh. Our mixed floral designs are a mix of the most in-season and fresh flowers available.
