We are sorry you were unsatisfied with substitute arrangement. The vase that we used is listed as a moon shaped vases by supplier. We did use the same color carnation shown in the original arrangement and added 8 Gerber Daisies, a premium stem to make for the floral substitution. We hope you will give us a second chance and consider using us in the near future.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
