Great job with the flower arrangements. I was worried because they were going to my brother's 10 year old granddaughter and my 8 year old granddaughter for their dance recital. They are best of friends and dance together. One was very pink and the other was very bright and festive. I was worried they would want the same flower arrangement. I had ordered this arrangement after the closing of business, on a Monday. I expressed my wish to pick it up personally Tuesday morning as soon as they were available to have it ready. I placed an order for the Beauty in Birch arrangement for a funeral that was taking place the following day and due to ordering availability online, I wasn't able to choose the current day for the arrangement to arrive at the Funeral Home for the wake. Instead I had requested the order be delivered to the visitation at the church prior to the funeral. When she called me to thank me for the flowers she said they were the most beautiful flowers she has EVER seen. This says a lot since she grew roses and other flowers when she still lived in her home. I ordered a "You're Still the One" bouquet from St. Cloud Floral, and I can't speak highly enough about St. Cloud Floral. The bouquet itself was the best bouquet I've ever bought - better than places I've ordered from in DC (where I live), Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida, etc. It was beautiful when it was delivered, and it somehow got more and more beautiful over the following two weeks. Usually bouquets are a bit disappointing compared to the website picture, but this bouquet ended up being even better than the website picture. Not only were the flowers outstanding, but the customer service was some of the best I've ever had - they called me to fix a phone number that was wrong (I had no idea I put in an incorrect number), and they worked with me to set a delivery time that worked for the recipient. In every way, St. Cloud Floral is the best florist I've ever ordered from!

Picture I got from recipient wasn't near as elegant as the stock photo on the catalog, but I imagine there's a lot of variation from one arranger to the next and substitutes on floral, greens and pots depending on what you have available. Wish I could attach the photo the recipient sent so you could see the comparison. Thought there was supposed to be a few more roses in the arangement, but it may have just been the view I saw. When ordering online, I paid with a Canadian credit card, and choosing 'Canada' in the billing section, Canadian provinces didn't populate (i.e. there were still only U.S. states in the pulldown list). I ordered the Raspberry Delight online for pickup and the arrangement was “picture perfect”. The reason I rated it four stars was the enclosed card had a grammatical error. Of course this was after the flowers were presented to its recipient. I am always wary of ordering flowers online since I have had experiences where I have paid a lot of money (& tip in advance) for premium bouquets only to find that the flowers delivered were not anything like I selected in size quality and quantity and then caused embarrassment for me with the person I gave them to. Second, at least half of the bouquet was dead or at least very close to dead. The white flowers were completely dead. The silvery green flowers were so dry and dead that they crumbled apart on the touch. My wife received the flowers on Friday and had to throw them out because they looked so bad by Saturday morning. This is not what I expect when I speand almost $100 on flowers, to get one day out of them and have them arrive looking very poor.
I'd really like someone to address this with me and provide some sort of resolution.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I placed the order over a month before I wanted it to be available. I purposely requested that it be available on Tuesday, 11/24 to avoid the Thanksgiving rush and get it on time for my mother's anniversary. She received a call at 5:10 pm on Wednesday, 11/25, a day late, and was asked if she could get to the shop in 15 minutes which was impossible coming from Annandale. She was available all day the 24th for pick up in St. Cloud. Now, you have asked for her to come on Friday to pick up her arrangement. I assume the arrangement will be extremely fresh and in good condition when she comes to get it on Friday.

When I got a look at the arrangement I was so disappointed. The whole arrangement was lopsided & stuffed into its vase which clearly should have been bigger. I called several times trying to arrange the delivery. Each time I was told the exact same thing throughout the day, the driver just left and should be back to pick it up. I called a total of 6 times at various times throughout the day. The delivery occured at 3PM, which defeated the purpose of buying 80 dollar flowers. My wife had already completed she shift. The process was good. They do not deliver on Sundays though. It would also be nice to have a picture sent back to the customer so they see what they ordered, for a little under $100 it's the least they could do. This was delivered to a funeral home.

I personally have never been disappointed, however this time for our co-worker who was a big Twins fan, I did ask if at all possible if this arrangement could reflect Twins colors and if not that was ok. I was disappointed when I saw it at the funeral home it was mostly white, lacking the red and blue no pizazz. Would of rather had what was on the picture.

I live in the Twin Cities while my sister lives in St. Cloud. I wanted to order her a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her birthday and found this floral shop. The process was quick and easy - which is great especially when you're on a time crunch to get them delivered the same day! My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and they turned out amazing. I noticed that they had to put in a few gerbera daisies, which was a nice substitute for whatever flowers they ran out of. Either way, great experience overall and my sister loved the flowers!
