Substitution Policy
Each Savilles arrangement is uniquely designed using the freshest flowers available.
While your arrangement may not match the photo exactly, it will reflect the same style, color palette, and overall look.
Substitutions may be made due to seasonality or availability. When necessary, we will substitute with flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity of the design.
If specific flowers or elements are important to your order, please note them at checkout or contact the shop to confirm availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on distance and location and are calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered.
Additional fees may apply for:
Rush deliveries
Large event or wedding deliveries
Deliveries requiring extended time or special handling
Delivery Timing
We do not guarantee exact delivery times.
Standard deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
During major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery hours may be extended
Requests for specific delivery times are not guaranteed
If timing is critical, please call the shop before placing your order.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Cutoff times may vary based on volume and season
During peak holidays, same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable
Recipient Availability
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery address.
If the recipient is not available, we may:
Leave the arrangement in a safe, weather-protected location
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor (when appropriate)
Attempt to contact the recipient
If delivery cannot be completed:
The order will be returned to the shop
The recipient will be contacted to arrange pickup or future delivery
Saville’s Florist is not responsible for delays resulting from recipient unavailability.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful
Additional charges may apply for rerouting
Savilles Florist is not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information entered at checkout.
Hospital Deliveries
Savilles Florist does not deliver to hospitals.
Due to hospital policies and logistical challenges, including restricted units (such as ICU), frequent room changes, and the uncertainty of hospital staff delivering to the recipient, we are unable to guarantee successful delivery.

Delivery to a workplace
In-store pickup
Substitution Policy
To ensure the freshest product and timely delivery:
Flowers, containers, and colors may be substituted
The overall style, value, and color palette will be maintained
Delivery Notifications
Customers who opt in to text and/or email notifications at checkout may receive updates regarding their order, including:
When the order is out for delivery
Delivery confirmations
Delivery attempt notifications
These notifications are provided as a courtesy to keep customers informed.
Savilles Florist does not guarantee the timing or delivery of notifications due to factors such as carrier delays, system limitations, or incorrect contact information.
Order Completion
Once an order has been delivered or left at the delivery location, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date
Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated due to production and routing schedules
For weddings, events, and large orders, separate contract terms apply.
All Sales Final Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final once the order has been designed, is en route, or has been delivered.
Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Recipient not being available at the time of delivery
Orders refused by the recipient
Orders returned to the shop due to unsuccessful delivery
In these cases, the order will be held for pickup or redelivery may be arranged.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original form of payment or
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Store Credit Policy
Store credit may be issued at the discretion of Saville’s Florist in place of a refund when appropriate.
Store credit:
Will be issued for the value approved by Saville’s Florist
Can be used toward future purchases only
Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded
Must be used within 12 months of issue date
Store credit may be offered in situations including:
Approved quality concerns
Customer service resolutions
Delivery issues where a refund is not warranted

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (716) 662-4483, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (716) 662-4483 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I was notified immediately by text and able to get in touch with the recipient. They coordinated directly with my friend's family to keep the bouquet a surprise, but manage delivery despite the weather.

Exceptional!!! I had contacted five "florists" in our area and all of them cancelled the order because of "supply issues". I was at a loss as to how to get flowers to a family member. There are no words to express how wonderful the associates were. We came in the day before a funeral needing something special for our loved one and they really made the process easy. Saville’s is the best! The quality of the flowers is outstanding as is the customer service. The bouquet was exquisite. I called first thing the day of the wake, and was greeted by a kind staff member. She assured me that the arrangement would be at the funeral home on time. A few hours later I was told by the funeral home it hadn’t arrived. I immediately called Saville’s. The owner himself took my call. He told me it was delivered, and he said he would make a call to the funeral home. The problem was with the funeral home after all, and he called to let me know it was all good. Losing a loved one is stressful enough. I was very appreciative of his help. Going that extra mile makes all the difference. This has been my second time using Saville’s, and I have made it my new florist. Beautiful fresh flowers, fantastic delivery, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Saville’s!

Saville’s has a great notification system to let you know exactly when your order is delivered. Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Orchard Park when ordered by 2pm and surrounding towns when ordered by 11am.
How much does flower delivery cost in Orchard Park?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Orchard Park?
We are not delivering to hospitals at this time. We deliver to homes, businesses, and venues throughout the Buffalo & Orchard Park area. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at savillescountryflorist.com or by phone at (716) 662-4483 during our business hours (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I place an order Anonymously?
No, All orders will include the sender information. Why We Don’t Allow Anonymous Flower Deliveries :
To protect the safety and privacy of all customers and recipients, we require that every flower order include accurate sender information. Anonymous deliveries can lead to confusion, concern, or even distress for recipients who don’t know where the flowers came from.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or chocolates. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
