Hello, I’m Inga Bishop. Founder & Head Floral Designer My journey in floristry began with owning and operating a local flower shop, where I learned every aspect of the business—from selecting flowers and creating arrangements to serving clients and managing daily operations. Today, I bring that experience to Savage Bloom Floral Studio, an online floral boutique focused on thoughtful, European-inspired design. My work is guided by a simple philosophy: flowers should feel natural, expressive, and alive. I am drawn to organic movement, beautiful textures, and seasonal blooms that allow each arrangement to have its own character. Every design is personally created by me and crafted to order. Substitution Policy
The flowers and colors used in our arrangements may vary slightly based on seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the design.
Please note that bouquet photos are shown without a vase unless otherwise stated in the product description. Vases are available as an optional add-on for an additional charge.
If a container, vase, or decorative element is included in a design, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to availability. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and similar style.
If there are specific flowers, colors, or design elements that are important to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Policy
We are proud to offer reliable local flower delivery to ensure your arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume. While we make every effort to accommodate requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously confirmed by our team.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe and secure location when appropriate. Orders may also be left with a neighbor, front desk, reception area, or other authorized person at the delivery address.
Once delivery has been completed and confirmed at the provided address, Savage Bloom Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, damage caused by weather conditions, animals, or third parties.
Please ensure that all delivery information, including the recipient’s address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions, is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery if the recipient is unavailable, access to the delivery location is restricted, or the delivery address provided is incorrect.
Deliveries to hospitals, schools, hotels, businesses, gated communities, and similar locations are subject to the policies and accessibility requirements of those facilities.

Savage Bloom Studio is an online floral studio and does not offer walk-in shopping. Orders must be placed online or directly with our team in advance.

Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
