I am not perfect by all means but I sent some sorry flowers to my girlfriend. Ordered about 11am. Called the store about 1230pm and he said ( not sure his name) that its close and will be there in about an hour.
I kept checking the cameras but no one.
Then I got and e mail at 530 saying it was delivered. It was not. So came home expecting to win point with my girlfriend but instead looked really stupid when I asked and she said what are you talking about??
Completely make me feel like and idiot. I called and it was after hours so I had to leave a message. Someone called me at 9 at night trying to rectify but made it worst cause my girlfriend was listening to the conversation making me feel even worst.
Even if they refund my money and re deliver it completely made me feel very awkward and ruined that surprise. They had all the instructions and phone numbers but I was never contacted. If they had issues I was by my phone, even had her number. Said it was delivered but not to my place.

I accidentally left out the condo number and gave them the wrong phone number for the delivery and they still managed to deliver the flowers. I felt terrible, but they were pleasant as can be for my mistake. My friend received this arrangement and flipped out. I ordered some flowers on Friday the 12th for delivery on Valentine’s Day to my daughter. I received an email at 4:00pm saying they were delivered. I called the shop and spoke to a woman and asked why the delivery was made so late. She said it probably wasn’t delivered late but that they were just then updating their computer system.
Waited for my daughter to text or call me to say thank you but that never came. I texted her and asked how she liked the flowers. She said “what flowers?”. She never received them!! She was home all day as well as her roommate.
I called the flower shop and didn’t get a straight answer. Wanted to send out something “nice” on Monday!!! Really??
A special gift from a father to his daughter on a special day ruined. I’ll never use this florist again.

I got these for my wife’s birthday. I had purchased this arrangement a couple of years ago and it was beautiful.
This time it looked disproportionate and overly big. I had to ask to have the roses replaced because they were overly “reflected”. Focusing less on size of the hydrangea and roses, and more on the way it looks can go a long way to make the arrangement look more elegant.
Also, my wife’s name was misspelled on the card.

Horrific experience, ordered flowers to have sent the same day for my friend who just had surgery. Was not delivered the same day as I was told driver did not want to leave flowers at the door. Was told would be delivered first thing the next morning but at 11.30am, still nothing and was told driver was otw. Order was then canceled because delivery could not be made and not one was home. Not recommended and will not buy from this florist again.

Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
