Range Floral
Range Floral was established in 1934. it was purchased in 2010 by Lindsay and Jeffrey Douville, both of Hibbing, MN. With Lindsay's background in art and design and love for nature they knew the flower shop would be the perfect fit for their growing family. Lindsay and her staff take pride in using the freshest product and delivering meaningful pieces to people of our community. Range Floral offers fresh floral arrangements for all occasions, blooming and green plants, hand made home decor and unique gifts. We look forward to using our deep rooted love for flowers and design to shape your vision, whether it be trendy or traditional.

While the recipient received a very pretty bouquet, it looked nothing like the picture that we'd hoped to send. Instead of the rustic tin vase, it was a glass vase. There were no hydrangeas in what was received, when the picture was predominantly hydrangea. Instead of a pastel look, the focus seemed to be more yellow with the bright yellow bow and yellow flowers in the bouquet.

We ordered a planter for our daughters first Mother’s Day thinking it would be a nice idea to give her something that would at least last through the summer opposed to flowers that would last a week or so well they didn’t look that good when she received them so she tried pampering them to make them look better since she used to work as a florist but even with that they almost all have died.

While the flowers that were delivered are pretty, they really don't look anything like this arrangement. She got pink lillies and some red alstroemaria with a floral pink and purple bow. I understand florists often have to approximate from what they have in stock, but the delivered flowers were not quite the look I was going for when I picked Sun and Spice.

This isn't what my loved ones family received and I'm quite disappointed. I would have been fine if they just informed me they were out of peace lilies and asked if they could replace it with something else. However that wasn't the case and I ended up with not a peace lily like I ordered. I don't even know what the plant is that I got.

I call to see if my order is ready the morning of the day I had it set up for, as per the email instructions to find out that it’s ready to go to go. Show up after work to pick it up and surprise her, and I’m shocked as to what I got! It was huge and beautiful! I was expecting mediocre quality late season flowers in a jar. The flowers were excellent, but I purchased them with candy and a balloon. The balloon wasn’t inflated but rather just folded up and put in a small paper bag and one of the boxes of candy was empty. Not sure why I paid extra to have these items added?

When My mother sent me a pic of the item, it was not even near this. For paying as much as I did, I thought it would be much fuller and more colorful. Disappointed to see it was white flowers with a single red geranium. She loves pink and purple and yellow, so I thought it would be hear the picture shown, but not even close. I was disappointed and she said it was nice, but not near what I got her last year and paid 1/2 the price.

I honestly was a little disappointed with the arrangement. I know substitutions can happen with floral orders but the pine branches that were included in what we received looked nothing like the picture. Also the addition of the pumpkin and the owl themed ribbon were a little weird (since there was none on the file photo of this bouquet).

Flowers were expensive. But we live 6 hours away and had no choice in where the flowers were purchased & delivered from. Where we live a bouquet that size would cost closer to $30.00.
On top of it, the bouquet looked pretty much nothing then the pictures did. Same sort of flowers but the bouquet was supposed to have large purple flowers and a large purple bow (reason why we picked this one). The birthday girl, who loves the color purple, received a PINK bouquet.
Note that these flowers went to my husband's biological mother, who we just found and came into contact with at 29 years after adopted at birth. We just found her 2 weeks ago and have not yet met. My husband REALLY wanted to do something special for her birthday because her wish was to finally meet her son. Which we couldn't make happen in such a short notice.
We were very happy with the contact and help finding where to deliver her flowers but really wish she could have received the flowers we requested and paid for. Please do not change colors from the pictures online. It's deceiving and not fair to your distant customers.
