Placed an online order early in the week as I wasn’t able to attend my buddy’s father’s funeral. Had hoped the flowers would be delivered by Friday as the online store stated. Called on Friday evening as my friend didn’t respond to saying he’d received them. Called the flower shop and they hadn’t even delivered them and had to look up the details. If I hadn’t called, would they have just pocketed my $63? I paid a delivery fee and left a tip. When I called the woman tried to blame it on the new delivery driver instead of taking ownership, and never offered a refund or anything, just said she would throw a few extra flowers in there, as if that would help. It’s a sensitive situation and this company just didn’t seem to be able to deliver the goods. Won’t be recommending them to anyone. Would actually steer clear.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
