I only use bloomnation for any of my flower deliveries in the country because it’s easy and they use the best florist. Every delivery including this one to New York from California has been absolutely beautiful and delivered when they said they would.

The arrangement is nice but the calla lilies are not yellow. The calla lilies are reddish so there is barely any contrast between them and the deep red roses. Also the calla lilies were so tightly packed between the fully bloomed roses that the calla lilies could hardly open or be seen.
Also, the nice detail in the photo is some red ribbon in the water and that was missing from mine.

This was the first time I experienced sending flowers my recipients and they arrived old and dry up roses. This definitely need to be replaced or refunded.

So I ordered surprise flowers for a woman i really care about. I wanted it to be discreet. I had an address unfortunately, it wasn't the right one. So they called her got her new address and drove to deliver them to her. It felt like I was the behind the scenes Prince charming finding my love to fit the glass slippers. She loved the flowers. The company did an excellent job.

In a word, dismal. Given that it was Valentine's Day and likely exceptionally busy, I requested what I thought was a rather large window of time for the bouquet to be delivered to my S/O's Manhattan workplace (9am-3pm). As of 3:45pm, the bouquet had not been delivered. I called the florist and was put on a brief hold as she checked the location of the delivery truck. This was nice of her to do. I was told that the flowers would be delivered within a half hour. Fine--the earlier the better but it's a busy day for any florist and NYC traffic can be be brutal. At 6pm, my S/O left her workplace without having received the delivery. Something needs fixing here.

WTF - Yes that's right Way Tremendous Flowers! My co-worker got some bad news and was pretty down. I ordered flowers at 11 am and they were here by 2:20 the same day. No they didn't cost an arm and a leg and everyone from the deliver person to the folks I emailed at the shop were so kind.

This was a great experience! I had not ordered from Bloom Nation previously, and had not worked with Plant Shed. They were so responsive (both phone and email) and super helpful when the particular flowers shown were not available / not good quality. I appreciated that they informed me that the items were not great quality, opposed to sending drooping flowers. In addition, I asked that they send me a picture of the completed arrangement (with replacement flowers) so that I could show my boss, and they did! It was a great experience and the final product was great! Thank you!

The flowers were delivered at 6:18pm which is entirely too late to be delivered to an office, and the recipient had been gone for over an hour. Therefore the flowers had sat there over night before being received. I feel incredibly misled by your offer of "same day delivery" and will not being using your website for future flower purchases.

Although I did not personally see the flowers I ordered, the recipient thanked me by saying it was one of the prettiest deep blue and white arrangements she had ever seen! I ordered the "cerulean". I have used Bloom Nation in the past and have been very pleased. I was happy that I was able to have same same ordering and delivery.

While the item delivered is beautiful, it is not what is pictured in terms of color or stem work. It is three plants at two stems each, much shorter and a purple color. Again, very pretty but purple vs the yellow is quite different...

The service was great and we got the flowers the on time! But unfortunately I order what was shown in the pictures and paid around $140 and what we got was something completely different. It is important to get what you paid for not something else. I don't live in New York and the flowers were for my injured boyfriend and I kind of based everything on the pictures in the website.

The flowers were beautiful! Delivered on time - the only difference between online photo and actual arrangement was the vase. I preferred the simplicity of the plain white milk jug in the photograph, to the one actually used. Other than that, however, the entire experience and the arrangement was absolutely perfect.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered these flowers for my mother to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day as she was going to need to be able to take them with her when she left Saturday, and I wanted her to have them for Mother's Day, Sunday. The florist delivery person told the florist that he could not deliver them, but my mother lives in a doorman building that would have held them for her. We have never had this problem before. When I called the florist the woman I spoke with said that she was sorry, but she could only get them redelivered for when my mother returns, Monday. After Mother's Day. She said the deliver person must not have actually come to the building and it was their mistake, but I was very disappointed not to have my mother's flowers delivered for Mother's Day for no reason.

I have ordred flowers through Bloom Nation and have chosen Plant Shed as the florist. I have had good experiences in the past. This time my order was a DISASTER! First my order was never sent to Plant Shed from Bloom Nation on Mothers Day. I called Bloom Nation and they said they would get the order out right away. When I called Plant Shed mid afternoon they still never received the order. I followed up again with Bloom Nation. Finally my order was given to Plant Shed. My mom received the flowers late that evening. I am so happy she sent me a photo of the flower arrangement I sent her. Normally if you send flowers to someone you do not ask them to take a photo. The arrangement she received was not exactly like the photo I ordered from. I do understand at times florist do need to make substitutions for flowers. This was dissappointing as all the greens were eliminated from the arrangement without any substitutions. So in a nutshell be aware of what you order may not be what is received! Suggestion ask the recipient for a photo. Bloom Nation did not execute my order which I assumed they did. I should not have had to follow up several times with both Bloom Nation and Plant Shed. The flowers did not arrive during the 3 hour window which was stated. The flower arrangement was different than pictured. Bloom Nation did not charge me for the arrangement. I was not looking for a free arrangement. I was wanting to just order a arrangement and have what ordered delivered.

My experience was wonderful! I ordered this arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day and she adores it! It came partially bloomed, just enough that she could see how beautiful it would be when all the buds opened. It has also lasted now several weeks and still looks beautiful! It was a bit of a disappointment because the flowers were supposed to be a surprise for a special occasion three weeks from now. This may have not been the florist's fault.
