Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

My purchase was disappointing. I upgraded to the $125 “Deluxe” Designer choice expecting something memorable. Unfortunately, the bouquet consisted of only 3 roses, 4 delphinium, and a single hydrangea, along with some cheap looking green filler! I was truly surprised as I could have purchased more attractive flowers at the local grocery store. I raised my concerns with management but was dismissed and told this is what I should expect for $125! I will never use or refer this florist again.

Pittsford Florist, you did a fabulous job! I had to change the delivery location because they were for my Uncle who had surgery on Tuesday at Highland Hospital which was my requested delivery location. I called the next morning to change delivery to The Jewish Home where he was going for rehab, all at the last minute. I was greeted with a cheery “no problem” and “we’ll schedule for later in the afternoon to be sure he’s all settled”. Very considerate! And the flowers were gorgeous! Thank you so much! May

I was honestly disappointed in the arrangement I picked up today. I understand that there are artistic liberties at work, but this feels less like creative expression and more like an opportunity to cast off seasonal leftovers. I made a near-identical request back in April of this year, and the contrast between the photos of this arrangement and that one is pretty grim—and that April order was a $75 dollar arrangement, at that. The poppies are nice, but the completely closed tulips and dull winters colors make for a pretty sad display. :(

In my opinion, yellow is not a color that should be included in a sympathy arrangement. I requested the designer's choice option believing that he/she would select something appropriate. Again bright yellow roses while very lovely for most occasions I felt are not appropriate in this particular scenario. If I order again from this company, I will select the flowers.

Having ordered from Pittsford Florists many times before, I trusted them again. A good choice. I received an email update notifying me that the flowers I had ordered for delivery on a specific and important date had not been delivered. Confused about how that could happen, I immediately called Pittsford Florists, and the representative answering the phone (i) immediately knew who I was and (ii) assured me that Pittsford Florists itself had checked into the initial failed delivery attempt it and that the flowers were being re-delivered as we spoke. And they were. In a world where "customer service" often exists in name only, Pittsford Florists actually delivers (sorry, rather lame pun). Highly recommended.

The flowers were absolutely stunning, but I would have preferred it to be a longer/lower vase as pictured instead of an upward cylinder vase to make a better table centerpiece. The flower arrangement was great, delivery was terrible. I ordered online, specified to have flowers delivered after 4 PM when my wife would already be at work. I even called to confirm that they received the instructions about the delivery time. I got a oconfirmation email stating those specific directions. What happened? They delivered the flowers at 11 AM..Not cool. So much for the surprise...my wife got to work and the flowers were already there for 3 hours. Surprise ruined.

Beautiful flowers, which is always easy to say from PF. But the service is best - made the first delivery attempt to my mother and she didn't hear the door. Second delivery was to a neighbor. They called and my mother didn't know the neighbor so they went BACK and picked up the flowers and delivered them (in under 30 min). Sant's is gonna be especially nice to this florist I bet. My parents were throughly surprised by their gift, however the picture they sent me of the arrangement hardly looks like the picture of what I picked out. There are about 5-6 pink roses that I can see in their photograph.. and I see 0 pink roses in the picture of what I ordered. My parents arrangement also has none of the grassy/hay like stuff. Their arrangement also has a TON of green leaves, and overall looks a bit disheveled. It's a massive arrangement, so that part is impressive, but I am not impressed with the amount of money I spent, and how their picture compares to this picture. I really like supporting local which is why I chose the Pittsford Florist, but I'm not certain I would order from here again. It was easy to order, they delivered on time and when I requested, so that was great. Just the flowers fell short on what I ordered.
