Our focus is on creating a one-of-a-kind piece for each customer, with blooms that are fresh from local farms and growers. Our motto is "art over assembly line" and that means rather than replicating a single design over and over, we create something uniquely-yours each time. While the flower varieties and shades of color will vary, the quality and freshness will always be the best of the best. Delivery Policy (PLEASE READ):
Pick-ups in store are available after 2pm. We're unable to guarantee an exact time for delivery. Our daily delivery time frame is between 3pm and 5:30pm. We gently ask that those ordering flowers for someone else to please check first if the recipient of the flowers will be home during that time window on the day the flowers are to be delivered. Additionally, please be sure to include a contact number for the recipient when you order and please confirm whether or not there is a gate we may need a code for. If there is a gate, please leave the gate code/instructions to enter at checkout. If there is no answer at the door, our delivery person will leave the flowers by the doorstep in a weather safe location. Completing your order acknowledges that you have read and understand our delivery policies.

Our flowers are cut fresh, conditioned, arranged by us and delivered to you from flower farms in California, not shipped and cold stored across thousands of miles. Each arrangement is a hand-crafted work of art. Which means you can enjoy the happiness flowers bring with peace of mind, knowing you are contributing to the beauty of your environment vs. the negative impact of commercial flowers. With this in mind, we offer mostly seasonal "designer's choice" designs, allowing our customers to choose a desired color palette and feel. Our customers choose to order with us over and over knowing we'll alway provide something fresh, unique, and stunning within the color palette they select. This supports our philosophy of art over assembly line, allows us to buy only what's fresh and in-season, and give us flexibility and creativity in our work. We love our customers and your trust and belief in us means everything.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
