This boutique was born from a desire to make floristry personal again. Every arrangement I create is thoughtfully designed, never mass-produced, and never repeated. I believe beauty lives in the details—the natural movement of flowers, the harmony of color, and the balance between refinement and feeling. What truly sets my work apart is the personal approach. I take the time to listen, to understand your vision, and to translate it into floral designs that feel meaningful and authentic. Whether for a wedding, a celebration, or a simple everyday moment, each piece is crafted with intention, artistry, and heart. This is more than a flower boutique. It is the reflection of a lifetime of experience, passion, and love for floral design.
Flowers have been the language of my life for more than 25 years. My name is Biana Serbin, and my journey began in Europe, where I received my formal education as a floral designer in Holland—immersed in a culture where floristry is considered true art. That foundation carried me across Europe and eventually to the United States, shaping a design style that blends European elegance with modern, expressive creativity. Throughout my career, I have worked as a floral designer, wedding planner, and coordinator, creating luxury floral designs and curated wedding experiences for venues of all sizes. These experiences taught me that flowers are never just décor—they create atmosphere, evoke emotion, and tell a story without words.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
