This was a google search for a flower shop close to area that i needed flowers sent. The gentleman told me the arrangement was ready and was about to go out for delivery. The recipient sent me a picture of the final product and it looked very similar to the photo. I was disappointed at the flowers! They looked nothing like what I ordered! In the picture the flowers are bright pink, and small to match the size of the bouquet. What was sent was peach large flowers and very few of them. The greenery shown was small and also fit the size of the bouquet. What was sent was large greenery that hung down so low! Clearly out of scale! So disappointing to spend $83 for an arrangement and not get what was purchased!

I am so very pleased with Our Secret Garden! First, they were open on Easter Sunday when I decided I'd like to send my daughter an Easter basket. Second, they went above & beyond because the basket looked even nicer than the website photo. Third, it was delivered on time! I could not have been happier. Disappointing. Flowers, along with ribbon, looked like they were just thrown in clear jar with pink water. The only thing comparable to photo was it did have daisies and a few pink roses.

I know my order was last minute, so part of the blame is mine. But I cannot review the pictured flowers, because that is not what was delivered.

Instead, a delivery of yellow roses was delivered. The recipient really loved the roses and called them the prettiest roses she had ever received. But sunflowers are her favorite and that is why I ordered sunflowers.

If I had been contacted and told of the substitution, I would feel very different. But the only way I knew was the photo sent by the recipient.
