I ordered this arrangement on-line as a Mother's Day gift. I was initially disappointed as the automated notification indicated these would be delivered after Mother's Day. However, I was late placing the order, so I was alright with the post Mother's Day delivery. However, I was pleased to see a notification that the flowers were delivered on Mother's Day. Flowers were pretty. However, I upgraded to deluxe, which included more flowers to add a fuller look, and a happy birthday balloon, and it appears as though they delivered the Standard version. It didn't appear have more flowers, and they forgot the birthday balloon. I did attempt to call on 3 separate occasions but have been unsuccessful at reaching someone.

Delivery and price were good. The arrangement I ordered had a unique vase, floral palate of deep and pale pinks, and tons of texture with greenery and succulents. Upon receipt of the order, I was immediately surprised and thought it was from someone else. I then reviewed the description of what I ordered. The description was very vague and didn’t capture the texture and interest from the image. The item received vaguely matched the description; however I feel the image misrepresented the description and item received. I likely will not order from this florist again.

While the floral delivery was nice, it was nothing like the chosen one based upon picture shown. Understand there are possible changes, but there were many flowers added that wasn't to recipient's taste like, red carnations. Roses as the picture shows, with minimal greenery, is why it was chosen. Beautiful, but just not to taste as expected.

I didn't receive any confirmation plant was delivered to funeral service in time. I paid $10 shipping, ordered on 06.13.2024 by 11AM and wanted it delivered to church by 06.14.2024 at 10AM. Nothing on my order asked about timing, when ordering for funeral service this is important. I received a "Delivered" email on 06.14.2024. after 2PM. I have no idea if it even got to the service in time, by receiving the delivered email after 2PM makes me think it didn't.

I got 2 life of the parties and they were beautiful. That being said, there were definietly not as many flowers as pictured. I even went one step up to the deluxe for more flowers as we were going to be using them as a diy bouquet thing but it seems as if the only additional stuff we got was greenery. Picture on the internet was slightly different than what was delivered. Flower was broken, but may have happen during delivery. Flowers also missing. When I seen the flowers I was wondering why the flowers arrangement didn't look as full as the internet picture, due to missing flowers. No substitution flowers were used as it said in the policy if they did run out of flowers, if that was the situation. . But they did delivery on time. Pretty sure this is great store place, first time using them. Was not in person when the purchase was made. But for the price of delivery, would recommend in person pick up, to view your purchase.

Absolutely beautiful! Couldn't have asked for flowers any more perfect for our celebration. One minor note - we asked for a blue ribbon to be added with "DAD" on the ribbon. This was done as requested, but the lettering was at the very bottom of the ribbon which curled under. It was very difficult to see. Recipient was happy, but arrangement looked nothing like pictured. Flowers were arranged sloppily. Daisies and roses weren't mixed together nicely as pictured. Roses were red, not pink. Recipients favorite color is pink, and design was purposely chosen to reflect favorite color. Vase was green not pink. My sister sent a photo pf the bouquet she received and I was disappointed that many of the flowers were replaced with orange and white roses and the white ones were browned around the petal edges. I was not shaped nicely as illustrated in the photo, rather mostly all the same height placed in a tall vase with a sprig of carnations sticking out awkwardly. I don't live in the same town as the recipient so I couldn't make the delivery myself, and it's very disappointing that what I paid for was not delivered. I will not use this florist in the future.

This was the only local florist I could find that promised next day delivery, this was my first time using them. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister on her birthday. I placed the order online after closing time on Saturday and requested delivery the very next day, Sunday. I was very pleased to know that they were able to process and deliver my order within a few hours on Sunday! Pricing is affordable, and the product was amazing! I had a wonderful experience with Osterbrock Florist. I wanted to send flowers for my Aunt's funeral because I live out of state and could not attend in person. The funeral home recommended Osterbrock and I am so glad they did! The representative took time to find out what I wanted in the bouquet and made sure everything was accurate in the card. She emailed the card so I could double check spelling. Then on the delivery day she sent a picture of the bouquet so I would know what was sent. It was absolutely stunning! I am so thankful that they helped me celebrate my aunt's life with beautiful flowers.

This florist was AMAZING! My 70-year-old mother is in the hospital in Cincinnati which is
2 1/2 hours away from where I live and I wanted to find a local florist in that area to deliver flowers to her. Since I am not from that area I googled florist in Cincinnatti that delivered to the hospital where she is a patient. I looked through several nearby florist websites but I was surprised to find that there were a limited number of arrangements and that when I did like a certain arrangement there was an expected delivery date of 5-7 days later and I wanted a next-day delivery. Osterbrock Florist was the last website I looked at and I was amazed at the number of arrangements that were available! I found an arrangement that I knew my mother would love (the madly in love rose bouquet) as she loved roses and the price was very reasonable so I was able to upgrade it to the deluxe option. The flowers were to be delivered to her the next day. I was a little worried that the bouquet may not be as beautiful as the picture or that the "deluxe" option may not match what was described on the website. I was also worried that there would be a delay in the delivery date since it was ordered online. This especially worried me since I found that on other florist websites which claimed to have "next-day delivery" that when I clicked on the delivery date the "next day delivery" option was not available or only applied to certain arrangements. When I contacted my mother the next day to check to see if she had received her flowers, she had and the flowers were delivered in the morning and without incident. I will never use another florist. The people are so helpful, kind and friendly. The spray of flowers they made for my mother's casket was like none other I've ever seen. People at the visitation were asking for the name of the florist. I do not know what the arrangement looked like so I can't speak on that. My disappointment was in the candy order I placed along with the arrangement. I called to be sure what candy would be put in the order because the picture showed 3 items. The lady I spoke to assured me that you carried Lindor Chocolates and I was happy with that. However the recipient's husband sent me a note thanking me for the flowers and peppermints that I sent. Had I known it was going to be peppermints I would have taken the candy off of the order. I feel since I phoned in and questioned what candy it should have been verified not assumed what you had in stock. Also if peppermint is an option then include that on line so folks know.

The funeral arrangement looked nothing like the picture! At the funeral I looked for them to see the arrangement that I bought. I passed by the SO many times. They looked THAT different! I had to read the cards to find mine!! I sent them an email and they said that they were out of the flowers and there was only TWO kinds! Based on viewing the arrangement on-line, I had expected it to be equally lovely if viewed from the back. Unfortunately the on-line description did not mention whether or not it is viewable from all sides. If it is to be viewed from one side only, I believe that should have been mentioned in the on-line description. That's a great way for the florist to save money on flowers: just fill up the back with a few ferns.
