My friend received dried, dead flowers. Absolutely NOTHING like the picture above. I wish I can attach a picture of what she received to this review so that you can judge.

The flowers weren't delivered the day they were scheduled to be delivered. No explanation or warning of this was offered. They ended up being delivered the next day (and the florist did leave a voicemail the morning after they were scheduled to be delivered) but some of the flowers were turning brown.
I had meanwhile been reaching out to BloomNation who were unresponsive. Days later they responded with a generic apology email and a coupon code for a future order.
Issues come up, that's fine. But the florist's and BloomNation's handling of the issues were incredibly disappointing.

They were out of peonies, but they called and let me know they'd made a new arrangement. However, I did wish they checked before delivery - but it was same day so I understand! The final arrangement was similar tonally and very pretty, my Mom loved it.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
