About Us
At Olivet Flower Shop, we craft thoughtful arrangements for the moments that matter most-celebrations, condolences, and everyday gestures that brighten someone's day. Rooted in Daly City, our team combines careful attention to bloom selection with hands-on design, so each bouquet feels personal and well-made. Ordering from a local florist means you'll speak with someone who understands timing, care, and the best seasonal choices for the area, and who treats deliveries like a neighborhood promise.
Whether you're marking a milestone, sending sympathy, or simply saying "thinking of you," we aim to make the experience simple and sincere. Expect clear communication, gentle care for every stem, and floral work that reflects the people and occasions behind each order.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
