The process of purchasing was easy and quick and the flowers were beautiful (my friend told me since I was not there to see) and delivered earlier in the day which was great so that she could be surprised when she returned home. My husband surprised me with flowers because I was having a rough day. He ordered a designer’s choice bouquet from Nellie’s, and it is SO beautiful!!! The flowers were thoughtfully chosen and arranged, wrapped in tissue/cellophane and tied with a ribbon. They’re so fragrant and brighten up the whole room, especially in the dead of winter! I told him he can get me flowers from Nellie’s anytime...! (Husband says he had a great experience ordering and picking them up. They even called to check what time the flowers would need to be ready, since he ordered on the same day.)

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
