Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At NATURAL FLOWERS LLC, we ensure that every floral arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time. To guarantee the best experience, our deliveries are subject to the following conditions:
Delivery Method: All deliveries are made in person and directly to the recipient at the address provided during purchase.
Procedure in Case of No Response:
The delivery person will ring the doorbell or knock on the door and attempt to contact the recipient or the purchaser by phone.
If there is no response after [5–10] minutes, the arrangement will be left in a safe place at the front door or property entrance.
A photograph will be taken as proof of the order's condition and location, and a notification will be sent via text message or email to the purchaser or recipient.
Responsibility After Delivery: Once the arrangement has been left at the door, NATURAL FLOWERS LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by weather conditions (direct sunlight, rain, extreme heat).
Hard-to-Access Addresses (Apartments or Condos): If there is no response and access to the building or complex is restricted due to security or concierge protocols, the order will be left at the reception desk or with security personnel. If delivery is not possible, a redelivery will be scheduled at an additional cost.
Address Changes: Any change to the delivery address must be requested at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time slot.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The recipient was happy, thats important.
However I coulsd have paid a lot less and have gotten the same arrangement. I chose your florist because I was under the impression you were a bit more than a basic design.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
