Since opening in January 2020, our flower shop has been dedicated to creating beautiful, fresh, and memorable floral arrangements for every special occasion. We specialize in wedding flowers, quinceañera floral design, funeral and sympathy arrangements, stunning Buchones, and large custom floral creations designed to make every moment truly unforgettable.

Whenever possible, we offer same-day flower delivery, with orders carefully prepared and sent out within just a few hours of being placed. Welcome. I'm Elsa Aguirre, founder and floral designer of Nanas Flower Shop and Gifts. For more than 26 years, I have dedicated my career to the art of floral design, creating elegant arrangements that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with beauty, intention, and exceptional attention to detail.
The inspiration for my business began with my daughter, Yesenia Soto, whose vision helped inspire the name of this shop. Together, that idea grew into a brand rooted in creativity, family, and a passion for bringing joy to others through flowers.
My greatest inspiration is my family, especially my five beautiful grandchildren. They are the reason I continue to grow, create, and pursue excellence every day. After the loss of my son five years ago, they became my strength and my motivation to keep moving forward. His memory remains a part of everything I do, reminding me to cherish every celebration, milestone, and heartfelt moment that flowers so beautifully represent.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (760) 324-8778, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (760) 324-8778 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|But the delivery was less than perfect ?....
The girl tried delivering the flowers to my house in Cathedral City instead of the actual delivery address on the bill my Girlfriends place of work in Palm Desert.....
After getting to my Girlfriends place of work in Palm Desert an hour later she still did no follow the instructions given by myself and also the Gate Guard .....
Finley after being escorted by Big Horn security after not following there instructions she was able to deliver the flowers to my Girlfriend.....
Your Delivery person a very nice young girl that definitely needs more training in that position.... She did not follow the instructions on your Delivery Bill or the instructions I gave her when she tried delivering the flowers to my house....After arriving an hour later to my Girlfriends job she still did not follow the instructions given by Security at my girlfriend's job.....
All said and done after finally getting the flowers my Girlfriend Absolutely Loved your Flower Arrangement!!!!!!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
