Mount Airy Florist is a family-owned and operated flower shop serving Mount Airy, North Carolina, and surrounding communities. Our goal is simple: to provide exceptional customer service, beautiful designs, and the freshest flowers possible! The owner, Tracie Hawks, NCCPF, and shop manager, Stephenie Willis, NCCPF are both North Carolina certified professional florists, bringing professional training, creativity, and attention to detail to every design. Tracie Hawks, NCCPF, is the proud owner of Mount Airy Florist and a North Carolina Certified Professional Florist. A Mount Airy local, Tracie has a passion for floral design, creativity, and serving the community she calls home. When she's not at the flower shop, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris their two grown sons, and her grandson, who knows her best as Tay-Tay.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Mount Airy Florist, we love a good surprise! Whenever possible, we try not to call the recipient before delivery so we don't spoil the moment.
If no one is home when we arrive, our delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe and appropriate location at the delivery address, weather and conditions permitting. After delivery, we will attempt to contact the recipient to let them know where their flowers have been left. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will contact the customer who placed the order to let them know the delivery has been made. For the safety of our delivery team, our drivers will not exit the vehicle or attempt a delivery if they feel threatened or unsafe due to dogs or other issues on the property. This is at the driver's discretion. If flowers cannot be safely left due to weather, location, pets, access issues, an incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact the recipient or customer to make alternative arrangements, and the order may be returned to the florist. Our delivery fee covers one delivery attempt. If an order is returned to the shop after an attempted delivery, it may be picked up at Mount Airy Florist, or a second delivery can be arranged for an additional delivery fee.
Anonymous Orders - You may choose not to sign your name on the enclosure card, however, Mount Airy Florist does not guarantee anonymity. If the recipient contacts us and asks who sent the flowers, it is our company policy to provide the name of the person who placed the order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (336) 789-4200, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (336) 789-4200 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
