I got this as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, and she absolutely loved it! I couldn’t see it in person, but she said it is so beautiful, including the vase it came in. It was really colorful with a great assortment of flowers. I love hydrangeas and was happy to finally see this in a bouquet arrangement, and she loves that it has a lot of roses as well.

I have nothing but good things to say. My family lost our home in the Eaton fire and we are displaced, spread out around LA and San Diego counties. We sent my mother flowers for her birthday, they arrived just as the photos represented early in the day. After the delivery at her temporary housing, one of the owners checked in with both my mother and me to make sure they were received. When I text back thanking him and explaining our situation he could not have been more kind and supportive. This is a great florist with care for their product and customers. I live on the East coast and wanted to send a sympathy acknowledgement to a relative close by this florist. I only had websites and reviews to go on. A cut arrangement would not have been a good choice; I wanted a plant or preferably an orchid. MDS had orchid selections. They sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery, and a notification when it was delivered. My cousin also sent a picture, it looked exactly as the one sent by the florist...a .gorgeous orchid. My cousin loves it.

It’s once a year flower bouquet for mother in law, but I was very disappointed. From my past experience at other floral shop, $110 flower arrangement would look much better. Some flowers were not too fresh, didn’t look like the picture on the website. I asked my husband what he think, and he felt the same. I didn’t get any compliment at the family gathering.

I was out of town and wanted to tell my wife how much I appreciated all that she does. I called a few local florists because online was saying they couldn’t deliver for three days. I called MDS and it rang about six times and then went to voicemail. As I hung up the phone I got a text saying we’re sorry we missed your call we’re helping a customer right now please look at our website and we will get back to you. So upon looking at their website I found this beautiful “sweet love” bouquet and I ordered it and the delivery fee was $5 but added a tip as well and it could be there by end of day. About three minutes after completing my payment I got a call from them apologizing for missing the call and how could they help. I told them I already ordered and they said thank you so much will have it sent by the end of the day. My wife was surprised about four hours later with the most beautiful bouquet as I watched on the front door Ring camera. I think I found my new local florist. It was a beautiful moment. -Brian

I was looking for a sympathy arrangement, but didn't want just plain white. I selected the "Cotton Candy" pastel arrangement with deluxe upgrade, and asked the florist to include some white and make it sympathy appropriate. It turned out perfect. So beautiful and tasteful. We chose a beautiful, dramatic arrangement (Passion) based on the striking display photo. While the finished, delivered bouquet was nice and roughly matched in terms of color and flower type, it was much smaller, lacked the volume and drama of the display photo, and just seemed like a cheaper, less professional version. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this florist on a couple fronts: 1. I received a message about 2 hours too soon that the bouquet was delivered. It was a surprised so I called my mom soon after only to find out it hadn't been delivered yet and thus the surprise was ruined. 2. The bouquet looked nothing like this photo and definitely nothing like the original staged photo which led me to make the purchase. The arrangement was largely filled of hydrangeas with a very sparse amount of the pink and white flowers, which are also much cheaper. The quality in the arrangement and service did not warrant the full expensive price that I ended up paying. The part that bummed me out the most was that my mom wasn't blown away by the beauty of the flowers like I had hoped for. She deserved it.

I called and spoke to the owner who quickly offered to replace them which I appreciate but that moment is over.. that special moment when the flowers are delivered and everyone is in awe. First of all the arrangement looked way smaller that what I thought it was going to be and there was a lot of hydrangeas as filler flowers to make the arrangement larger than it appears to be. Overall I do not think the price I paid for this arrangement is worth it.

As I was online comparing the different arrangements being offered by multiple florists, I was in search of something colorful and less ordinary-one that would be eye catching with a pop of color. I was thrilled when I came across this gorgeous "Orange Passion". To me, it really outshined all of the more average arrangements that you see most florists carrying as their 'staple' samples. I loved that this had multiple bright, and deep colored flowers and greenery as well as the somewhat compact, yet flowy look of these. Communication was excellent; I was notified by email when it was delivered to my friend and they provided a photo of the actual arrangement that my friend received. I was disappointed and felt let-down by the lack-luster appearance-I was expecting vibrant colored blooms as is shown in the sample on their website, but it appeared most of the flowers were different shades of the same color. I remember finding it surprising that they chose to name the arrangement-"Orange Passion" considering there were equally as many other colors of pink, magenta, coral, yellow, and green. Although, the arrangement wasn't awful by any means, it lacked depth and color and appeared to have been thrown together quickly without much attention to detail.

This was my 2nd time buying flowers from Jean Preciado in Arcadia, and the amazingly beautiful arrangement was absolutely gorgeous!

Not a good experience. This is a picture of a teeny tiny arrangement worth about 15.00. The flowers, although the company claimed they were fresh, were not at all. Wilted stock, hydrangea, and old looking lizianthus. I was charged 65.00 with tax and delivery. Not worth the money at all and met with disagreement when I voiced my complaints. Nothing to make the customer feel heard. Not ordering from them ever again.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! When they had to substitute some of the flowers because they were not in season, they provided a courteous call to let me know and texted me a picture the following day to ensure I was happy. I was sending them to a friend that was having surgery and was unaware of the hospital room number. They called the hospital the morning of the delivery to confirm the correct room. I will go out of my way to use this florist again. It is rare to receive this type of service. The delivery rate was also reasonable.

Wonderful experience with this florist. I found them on yelp and because of good reviews and a fair delivery price (that happened to be lower than others), I chose them to deliver get well flowers. They texted me a preview photo (this is what they look like, do you like them?) which I thought was adorable. Texted me when they delivered them, texted me that the recipient wasn't home, that they called her, they got permission to leave them at the door...then texted me a photo of the flowers in the shade at the door! Absolutely fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am so happy I decided to go with MD's for a gift for my wife. Not only was the arrangement phenomenal but, there was a bit of a snafoo with the delivery (building security was over zealous) and they made it happen. Huge thank you to Jean for coordinating this and exceeding my expectations. I do not have a wide variety of florists to compare to but I definitely know good service when I see it and they definitely set themselves apart for this reason.

I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. MD's Florist was great! They changed the vase shown in their photo, but called me about the change and also texted me photos of the finished arrangement before it was delivered. I appreciated the constant communication and was very happy with the appearance of the finished arrangement. My mom also reported that the flowers lasted a long time. This is my first time ever ordering flowers and I would order from MD's again.
