Maryville Florists is a locally owned retail floral and gift shop in downtown Maryville, MO. Maryville Florists has been in business since the 1960's. Keitha purchased the shop in July of 2003. We love helping our customers with all the important events in their lives. We value our customers and our community. We sell fresh flowers, silk flowers, green and blooming plants, angels and stepping stones, candy bokays.... and more. We also carry several local vendor's items that make great unique gifts. We deliver to all of Nodaway County.

I grew up in Ravenwood and attended NWMSU and graduated with a degree in horticulture. I purchased the shop in 2003. I love getting to know my customers and helping them with all the important events in their lives!

I wasn't aware that I was purchasing artificial flowers. When I spoke with someone at the store they stated "That's what silk means." I told them I lived out of state and there was no way to bring them and exchange them. I definitely will not use them again for services. Truly sad!

I paid for the deluxe bouquet, but I'd hardly call the received bouquet deluxe. It looks nothing like the photo, and the colors don't look great together...the hot pink carnations look tacky. Not worth the $80 spent. Thought I'd try this florist for a change, but will be sticking with Hy-Vee unfortunately.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! The recipient of this plant sent me a picture after it was delivered, and it was absolutely gorgeous. She said she'd never seen one so green, with so many blooms on it. The container was an adorable galvanized bucket which she said suited them perfectly. Absolutely gorgeous!

I requested a spring mix so I thought it was going to be a little more colorful...instead it was in a white container with two white mini carnations, another white flower, white lace, and a bunch of pink tulips in the middle. Definitely not what I envisioned as being a former florist.

I ordered the Large Green Plant - Designers Choice. I asked for the twine covered stick and they put an ugly plain plank board in the plant. They also said it was accepted by the person who had died several days before. It was for her funeral. Come on people, get it right. Don’t cut corners. It was prob left at the door and I am lucky it wasn’t taken. I’ll never use this florist again.

I looked at the nationwide sites for floral delivery, but wanted to support a local business, so I tried Maryville Florists. I have to say I was very impressed. The selection was not huge but everything they offered looked lovely and I was able to find selections that were perfect. What I really liked, though, was that they texted me the actual pictures of what they were delivering. Don't we always kind of wonder what our recipents get vs what we see in the pictures? And haven't we heard stories of ordering more expensive flowers than were delivered? Not here, you actually see your particular order. I also got notified when they were delivered. They did a great job and my recipients loved them.
