Our underlying foundation is quality and value. From the most intimate gathering to the grandest affair, your special event receives our utmost attention. ABOUT THE OWNER
Lucille Aldrich & Kate Viera
Lucille's floral design journey began when she was 17 years old. She worked for Florence Pine in Milford and continued later to work in shops in Worcester and Whitinsville. In 1986 she decided to open her own shop where she lives, here in Uxbridge, with her sister Gerri Ciccarelli. Lucille's niece, Kate Viera, is presently managing the daily operations of the store front with her 22 years of design and floral experience with her dream team of 2nd generation floral artistry professionals. Having grown up in the flower shop, Kate has observed the ebb and flow of floral trends and shop management. We pride ourselves on having an original catalog displayed here on our ecommerce website. Everything you see here is created and photographed by us personally. We truly are a multigenerational, family owned and operated small business. We are proud to be the original florists in the town we all live in. It is an honor and privilege to serve our community floral artworks. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (508) 278-6909, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (508) 278-6909 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Sorry but I couldn’t let to tell he disappointed me. I just order the corsage and boutonnière very simple. Just white roses and little white flowers with details of light lilac and teal satin ribbon. Just delicate and classic as the pictures! So my sister picked up at the store the pair with white roses and a bunch of navy blue flowers , blue bright stones and a bright glittering navy blue plastic leaves which just white tulle ( not even satin ribbon). I know maybe will not receive the same as the pictures but completely different, including totally other color it’s unbelievable. My daughter dress was light teal how could she wear this? White and navy blue??? I had to take of all navy blue details and of course was little destroyed and in the end was not looking good but better than before. It was a big wast of money and a big headache for such special senior prom day . I order for the first time and I will never order again!!

Unfortunately, we were only able to leave you a voicemail asking and we were not called back. In the special instructions where we ask for the details of attire we were left this instruction: "Hello! I love the corsage !! Could you please make the boutonnire matching with the same colors and decorations of the corsage? I will pick up in the morning before noon. Thank you"
This is the description of what was ordered: "We create one of a kind flower jewelry for prom. Please let us know your attire color so we can curate the perfect floral design to up your prom accessory game. Standard is on basic adjustable snap band, deluxe created on a novelty/keepsake bracelet. Custom made to order items are non refundable." Not having the instructions of what we should match and not having a phone call back from you did make it difficult for us to know what to do. So, we created a neutral corsage with irredescent tulle, silver ribbon, irredescent chiffon ribbon and irredescent jewel sprays. We made the mistake of assuming you wanted us to match the main photograph on the listing and did include some blue delphinium blooms. We gladly would have made you something matching the attire we were unaware of if you had called the store with your concerns on 5/17, we also were open on 5/18 and gladly would have created something more appropriate for you. No concern was expressed at pick up or at any point on the day of pick up. I've also tried reaching you following this review and you have not answered me. Please contact us directly when we fall short on expectations so we can make it right for you.

I was MORE than pleased by Lucille’s. I was SO touched by their thoughtfulness. I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. I live on the other side of country. I noted the website said they could not do deliveries on Mother’s day itself (Sunday) but would deliver the day before, which was understandable. My mother was out of town until Mother’s Day though, so online I asked if they could deliver as late as possible the day before, so the flowers didn’t sit out on the front porch all day and night. But after placing my order, I received a call from Lucille’s asking me if they could do us a favor (!) and deliver on Mother’s Day instead so the flowers wouldn’t sit out overnight. Imagine going above and beyond like that in this day and age. I was so touched! I had ordered “florist’s choice” so I didn’t know exactly what the bouquet would look like, but when my mother sent me pics it was simply stunning. A gorgeous variety of such beautiful flowers arranged so carefully. Thank you Lucille’s! I recommend this business wholeheartedly. Their services feel personal and caring. A real gem.

The order and delivery setup were all so easy. Did it online afterhours and Lucille's hand delivered the product ordered on time and it was almost exactly like the picture. It actually looked bigger in person which is great. I did wish that it would have had a little more blast of color with a sprig or 2 of something with color.

The bouquet needed to be altered due to the seasonal change in flowers, which the florist alerted me to, but she did not include the note that was supposed to accompany the flowers, which was important. The person in mourning, did not know that it was from a team of us, and did not learn this for 2 weeks after the death of her mother.

The system then prints a 3 part perforated ticket that has an item description portion for designers, a delivery ticket for drivers and the card message to be placed in the arrangement after it's completed and ready for dispatch. The cards fold two ways one face of it indicates the recipient so the drivers can identify which arrangement goes to which address. I did create and deliver this arrangement myself after an email and two phone calls regarding the substitutions. We did also send a text message photo of the arrangement prior to delivery which you enthusiastically approved. Our system does generate card messages sent in sympathy with the name and address of the sender in the event the recipient sends thank you cards following services. I remember distinctly delivering these flowers because the recipient did not answer the door at first. I proceeded to the van to call the recipient to notify them we missed them and to make arrangements to attempt the delivery at a more appropriate time. It was at this time I realized you provided your own phone number and I left the message for you. I started looking up the recipient information on my phone to see if I could obtain a phone number for them through public records. At this time the recipient came out of her home. She had been in the shower and greeted me in her driveway by the van. She proceeded to tell me about the organization they were from, saving dogs from euthanasia and other not so pleasant circumstances. I spent a great deal of time speaking with her about her mourning process and struggles she is facing. She had even commented the flowers you happen to choose were similar to what she had planned for her mother's services. I've been attempting to contact you since leaving this review to clarify what possibly could have happened with no response. Two phone calls, voicemail and a text message have been sent in response to this review. Anything under 100% satisfaction does not sit right with us. The only thing I can think of that potentially may have happened was that our two fold card system may have been folded incorrectly so that the recipient only saw your name and address and she never unfolded it to reveal the card message. The order that I placed was delivered a day early, and was not even close to the picture that I chose to be delivered. My order was pink lilies and pink roses and the price rejected the piece. The order that was sent was one lily with carnations. Not even close to what should have been delivered for that price level. I called and spoke to someone at the store in regards to the disappointment and received an apology. This was okay until my fiance brought the bouquet home and with two days the flowers were all wiltering and dying. 75 dollars for flowers that could have been matched at walmart. I am not happy at all with this transaction. To me this was an embarrassment sending these flowers for a birthday surprise.
