About Us
Little Flower Shop is a San Antonio flower designer on Burwood Lane, where every floral arrangement and flower bouquet is made to order by hand instead of pulled pre-made from a shelf. Our lead designers each bring more than 30 years of experience, and customers have left us more than 150 reviews on Google and BloomNation. Choose rose bouquets and arrangements, lily and hydrangea designs, orchid plants, sunflower and daisy bouquets, plants and succulent gardens, flower baskets, table centerpieces, and luxury and modern arrangements. We design for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy and funerals, new babies and baby showers, get well, thank you, holidays and just because, and flower subscriptions are available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Order online, call (210) 735-4222, or visit 26 Burwood Ln, San Antonio, TX 78216, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 2 PM and weekends 9 AM to 12 PM. Same-day orders are available when placed by 1:45 PM.
32 years of experience - Our design team is led by three lead designers, each with more than 30 years of floral design experience, who learned their craft under Maria E. Brun. The owner designs right alongside them, along with our experienced apprentices. Together they make every floral arrangement and flower bouquet to order by hand, from classic rose bouquets and sympathy and funeral arrangements to luxury and modern designs and table centerpieces.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

|Beyond the poor quality and late delivery, I ordered the premium Sunny Sentiments Bouquet but they sent the Hello Sunshine Bouquet instead.
I tried calling Little Flower Shop's phone number listed on Bloom Nation (which routes to Dusty's Flowers) in addition to the two phone numbers on the Dusty's website several times over two days but no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message.
I've initiated a refund through my credit card company and will never order flowers from Little Flower Shop/Dusty's ever again.

|The only negative were the roses they didn't open up as expected. I will definitely use you again if I was to grade you I'd give you an A. Thanks

|The flowers were for my mother and she loved them. The only thing was that I didn't think the arrangement looked like what I ordered. I chose this specific arrangement because of the extra greenery and the way it overflowed over the vase having a kind of grand look. The one she received didn't have that same effect even though I went with the premium version. It consisted of 5 or 6 regular sized roses and 10 small ones. The picture showed more than that with 3 types and I thought that was the standard version. If the one shown was the premium, I still do not think it looked like it.

|threw together, something I picked up just to send "something" . Even HEB flowers would have sent or done a better job. It was a total rip off! I would never recommend your flower shop and want you to know that I am going to complain in Yelp, BBB and FDS. I would give NO stars at all but since this review will not allow, will need to give you a one star.

|I ordered the “Just Because” arrangement on-line and the actual arrangement received was more lovely than the pretty photo shown on-line. My daughter-in-law loved the floral basket and the price was very reasonable. The driver called me when the flowers were delivered. Yes, I would definitely use this company again.

|The flowers which you displayed in website is not the same when my person received it physically. No single roses found, instead some other flowers were there which was really disappointed my expectation. Please assure to deliver as how you post in website, else send a note to customer if any changes before you deliver it our loved ones. Now I felt its not value for money.
