The arrangement container didn't have the attractive pink polka dot ribbon as shown in the picture. The flowers weren't arranged symmetrically . Roses were kind of lumped together and not spread throughout as the picture indicates . It was a disappointing because I have used Leaf and Stem for a few years and have always been happy with their work.

I didn’t know my wife wouldn’t be home at the time of delivery so it was nice that the delivery person brought it to our neighbors instead so it wouldn’t freeze. I’d just ask the delivery guy to make sure your phone is off after leaving a message so they don’t hear you dropping the F-Bomb because we weren’t home and it was your last stop.

The colors and flower types were similar. The mild disappointment was the overall size was less than the picture. I know, you have to accept what is currently available. It's not like flowers are carbon copies of each other. Overall it was a nice bouquet. She was happy with them and that is all that matters.

I purposely called around a couple years ago for a local florist not a chain I found leaf and stem. I have used them ever since. Staff and ease of scheduling was fine; however, the arrangement was small for the price. The tulips were droopy when I first saw a picture from the recipient. I appreciated you contacting me since I had ordered red tulips as shown on website and they were not available. You then got me yellow ones which I appreciated. I ordered a flower arrangement for a birthday gift. I paid extra for a fuller arrangement. When I saw the picture of the arrangement I was so embarrassed. It had even less flowers than the regular arrangement even though I paid extra for more flowers. I sent an email expressing my concerns and I still not gotten back a response. I am very disappointed and I will NOT be ordering again. This was my second time ordering and the same thing happened with that order. I was willing to try again but pay more so it would be fuller and bigger and it was worse.

The bouquet is very nice. This time it was nicely delivered during the day rather than in the evening. I admit it, I have a unique delivery address. I do submit Special Instructions, which describes the delivery address. Either the driver doesn't understand them, or doesn't read them. Consequently, I must now remember to only provide my phone number on the order form. This way the recipient will not receive the confused driver call which alerts her that flowers are on there way before they arrive.

Nothing like what is pictured. Rather puny even after paying for extra flowers. Called at 6pm to find out why it was not delivered, told no one was home a light was on over stove. You can't see our stove from outside, car in driveway, we were there all day and the door bell did not ring. Obviously you were at the wrong house. No phone call from you. What were you going to do just forget about it? Last order from me.

I was a little disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for my wife this time. Majority of the flowers were nice, however the smaller roses in the bouquet were notably wilting and almost dead, so I’m not sure why those were included as it made the rest of the arrangement look poor. It was also quite a bit smaller than what I was expecting based on the amount I paid. I have ordered before from your shop and have had good experiences, this time was just disappointing and not as nice as previous ones I’ve ordered.

I was extremely disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered to my aunt’s funeral service. It looked nothing like the pictured product which consists of at least five different flowers. My arrangement was white and purple with some green leaves. It looked like it had been dropped! The flowers were drooping with a large bare spot right in the middle of the arrangement. I understand that an arrangement may not look exactly like the picture provided but substitute flowers weren’t even used. I was very embarrassed. I expected better, especially for the price!

It was a beautiful arrangement, but I spoke on the phone to someone there about the basket garden, specifically asking for some fresh seasonal flowers to be placed in the arrangement. She said they could absolutely do this. I made this request in the notes on my online order also. However, this didn't happen and there were no fresh flowers in the arrangement.

Underwhelming. Did not closely resemble picture and was a fraction of the size in the picture. Asked for mylar balloon. It was a birthday arrangment. They sent a "thinking of you" balloon that looked like it had Easter eggs on it. Not delighted. Delivery was fair priced and they did get it there same day.

I typically love this florist and have been very happy with the flower quality, delivery, etc. But, my last 2 orders have had problems. At Christmas, I ordered flowers for 2 different people and the orders were mixed up. I just recently placed another order for delivery on 1/20 ( for a birthday) and they were delivered a day late. Not sure what is going on, but a bit disappointing to say the least.

Delivery was late afternoon. I asked for noon or one o'clock delivery when I knew recipient would still be home. It sat in lobby for 3 hrs. before she came home. The arrangement was very nice and she liked the circular vase which is very usuable.

Not sure. As far as I know it still hasn’t been delivered. They called my granddaughter yesterday and found they had the wrong address. I guess it was storming as well so I’m taking that into consideration.All I know is 3 years ago when my daughter passed, they sent the most beautiful wreath I ever saw and leaf and stem was highly recommended.

The flowers that were delivered didn’t have a ribbon and only had one purple flower. Was not what the picture reflected. Very dissatisfied. I have written a complaint to the florist and requested the bill to be adjusted to what was delivered hopefully they will make it right!

I spent $140.00 on this bouquet by upgrading to the premium option expecting a huge bouquet because I have had a different bouquet made by this shop in the past that was very big for half the price. The looks of this bouquet when it was delivered was that it was just standard size. I could’ve gone to Wegmans and gotten 6 bouquets and put them all together for the price of your one bouquet and it probably would’ve been more fresh. Very disappointed for the price.

Last year, after suddenly remembering that it was my mother’s birthday, I frantically called around town to see if anyone could deliver flowers at the last minute. Leaf & Stem happily agreed and before the day was over, my lovely mother had no idea that I’d forgotten her birthday. Fast forward a year later, and my mother’s birthday was once again right around the corner. I admittedly hadn’t thought about what I was going to do but when I checked my email, there was a message from Leaf & Stem reminding me to order flowers. I was able to order flowers in advance to be delivered on her birthday and another birthday had successfully passed, my mother none the wiser of her daughter’s hopelessness, all thanks to Leaf & Stem.

Very unhappy. I only used your florist based on a recommendation and I will never use your services again. I spent $75 on a bouquet that was not delivered the day it was supposed to and when I called to ask what happened was unapologetically told "I don't know what happened." The recipient sent me a photo of the bouquet — I could have gone to Wegmans and got a pretty bouquet for 1/3 the price. SO incredibly disappointed and upset. My only disappointment was to learn afterward that the message card to recipient did not include who the flowers and gifts came from with its message from me. Otherwise, I was told the floral arrangement and accompanying angel nd shadow box gifts were very nice. I had also appreciated receiving a courtesy call explaining Godiva chocolates were not available and were being replaced with 2 boxes of other chocolates en route to delivery. I give 4 stars overall since flowers were very nice but would give 5 if the important name and preferred chocolates were as they should have been.

It doesn’t look as full and as nicely shaped (like a tree) as the one I saw on the site, and I see NO pine cones. Also, I expected to see more red roses, not as many red carnations. This is a very unusual arrangement, and one of the reasons that I selected it was because it was compact and wouldn't take up a lot of space. The website picture shows GREEN, much SHORTER pieces of bamboo, which I would have preferred.
The bamboo that was sent, is dull and detracts from the other succulent plants. All in all, the arrangement was close to what I expected, and was delivered on time. I will do business with Leaf & Stem again.

All of the flower types are in the bouquet but the overall appearance isn't spread out and somewhat as natural as the pictured arrangement. I can take some of the blame because I paid the extra for a deluxe. In doing so the same vase is now overcrowded and appears that way. The delivery was on time and the driver was very nice.

I ordered on line for delivery to a family member for Thanksgiving. The next day, I received a call from Leaf & Stem telling me the container in the picture was no longer available. She then described several other containers that I might like, as unique as the one I originally chose, and couldn't have been more apologetic about the situation. I took her recommendation on a substitute, and when I saw the arrangement yesterday at the family member's home, I was so happy I did! It was just beautiful, and the container was perfect! I did read the disclaimer that the ribbons might be different but I didn't expect it to be that different in quality. The roses were a little darker than expected. I wanted it to be bright red like fresh roses but I could definitely tell it was in the fridge for a bit. It's okay though. I don't expect the best when we're not in season. They did well. I'm a little picky so the only thing I would've fixed is the penmanship on the note. It was very big and girly lol. We purchased this casket spray for my sons casket, what a disappointment, the flowers were shriveled up and looked like they were ready to die, the greenery in the spray was falling out, one of the carnations fell out. I was very disappointed in the arrangement. I feel like the arrangement was made with old flowers.
