I needed flowers delivered day-of, and Lakeview was able to make it happen within just a few hours, what a lifesaver! I also was pleased with the arrangement they made for me based on the "feminine" category, my recipient was thrilled with the pink color palette. I also think it's great that they have mid-range $ bouquets, like the ones that start at $39 - other florists around the state often start at $50 so it's nice to have a more accessible option. Past experiences with Lakeview have always been great but this particular arrangement was very disappointing, especially for $82.35 (includes delivery charge and tipping). The actual flower arrangement did not look as well put together or as nice as the website display. A slight variance is normal and expected, but this arrangement looked thrown together.

This was my first time ordering flowers from Lakeview Floral. The website was user friendly, the purchase process was simple, and the prices are reasonable. I really liked how they sent an email showing me the final product. Delivery was quick and they were pleasant to do business with. I am only leaving off one star because the flowers weren’t as fresh as the website advertised. Some of the flowers look wilted in person. However, I would still recommend this florist shop and can see myself ordering more in the future.

This terrarium was ordered on behalf of my brother and his family in WA state to convey their condolences at the death of our nephew's wife. Living over in the UK trying to get flowers delivered to a friend in the states is not easy. One company said they were local to Menomonie shipped flowers from Illinois and left the flowers in the garage just as the weather cold - thats why i am glad i found this company. Thank you for your level of service. But with all due respect, that was an expensive bouquet and yet it was filled with boughs and greens (that grow freely all around WI) and carnations? I should have ordered flowers instead I guess, so there would have been something of substance, i.e. tea roses or something. Not feeling like this was $ well spent and definitely not a wow factor. It was supposed to be for a congratulations on your move to WI, but this doesn’t feel like that.

I was a little disappointed in what she received. The roses and carnations had some brown on them already like they are half dead already. Also the picture on your website and the one actually delivered are vey different and looks a lot less fuller and is not put together as nice.

I chose the "Wildflower Designers Choice" for my for my daughters birthday flowers. I did not specify colors or types of flowers to include in the bouquet. I figured I would count on their "expertise" to design an arrangement. To my surprise, my daughters favorite color of purple was included, and so was her favorite flower, the sunflower. I'm not sure if they looked back in the their files from almost two years ago to see that I sent her sunflowers or if this was just by luck.

I ordered a plant for my Mother and some popcorn. Due to Covid19 we are not able to see her that much. I ordered the flowers and popcorn on the Website and asked for delivery on Saturday. I then found out my Mother was not going to be around on Saturday. I called the greenhouse and asked if they could delivery the same day. They responded with "Sure".
The flowers were a darker color than ordered, but that worked out great. They were a very dark purple and my Mother Loved them.

The floral arrangement is beautiful!! However, the delivery process I was not pleased with. Only 1 phone call and 1 message was left. Then my mother had to pick up the arrangement herself. She did that out of kindness (even my mother said another phone call would have been nice) . No information was communicated to me. Even though I paid for delivery, and it wasn't delivered, I was told 3 additional roses were added. That is fine, but I did not get any information. I just received an email stating the delivery was complete and they didn't deliver it.

The Floral Shop did a great job. However, the hospital would not accept deliveries. The Floral shop advised me that a person could pick up the flowers and take it to the patient. I got the daughter to pick up and deliver the flowers but the hospital would not let her keep them. So they are at her home and she won't be there for another four or so days. She had one look at them but I am disappointed in the hospital not the florist. They do an excellent job every time. At least she knows I thought of her.

The flowers were cute. Its smaller then I expected for the price. Also the delivery lady was really rude. We understand that during this pandemic people are reluctant to come into contact with others but there was nothing about being able to leave the flowers at the door or pick up only. So when the lady dropped it off, she had to wait a few minutes while my mother, with physically disabilities, made her way to the door. The delivery lady got impatient and kept banging on the door. When my little sister looked outside the lady shouted that the flowers were at the door and left. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Also at least 5 days before the holiday I ordered and paid for delivery on Valentines Day. They didn't even attempt to deliver the arrangement. The mum plant was very nice but I would have never known the delivery was supposed to free until someone at work told me. When I called to ask for the delivery charge back, I was told you would beef up the moss, wheat and add a better bow. I was told you were unable to credit my card, but I would have rather had a store credit or my money back. The plant at the visitation did not look any different than the photo. I just wonder if others that do not know about free funeral delivery just lose the $6.95 charge. I would think your website could not add the delivery charge as soon as a person selects “sympathy/funeral". The whole thing would not matter as much if I was ordering just for myself, but I was ordering for a group of co-workers - so it was not just my money to spend.

Placed the order at 8:00 am and the flowers were delivered by noon! I ordered a sunflower arrangement for delivery the Friday morning before Labor Day for my sister's birthday (on Labor Day). I received a phone call (from the nicest gal!) explaining they had just used their last sunflowers. She offered to deliver a different on a different day or use alternate flowers.
