I live out of state and purchased "Just a bouket of Flowers - Deluxe" to be delivered to someone who lives in Andover. I was a little nervous since there aren't pictures for that product. However I requested that I preferred it be light and airy without Lilies. What they came up with was exquisite! I was blown away when I saw the photo of what was created - absolutely beautiful! Everything was delivered on time and communication about the delivery was great (no one was home and they left it at the door). I would definitely use this florist again.

The flower arrangement was a big hit, as it was given as a gift. It was packed full with fresh and fragrant flowers. I ordered in the morning and it was delivered on the same day, a state holiday. I will used Kokee again.

Very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. It didn't look anything like this picture. There was a large dark green "cabbage" flower in that ruined the arrangement. It was supposed to be mainly pink and white with a touch of green. If I could attach a picture of what was sent, you would see the difference. It's too bad as it was a sympathy arrangement and we paid for the premium version ($105 plus delivery).

The arrangement was nice but not what I requested. I sent a picture of a pastel Spring like arrangement that was for a one year old little girl’s birthday party and what arrived were all jewel tones including dark red roses and dark red tulips! There were some lighter tulips too but all in all it was not what I ordered and not very cohesive.

It’s difficult to select flowers for someone that lives far away. The Kokee website looked reputable so I called. The woman who answered was helpful and accommodating. The delivery went out sooner than expected. The recipient was not home, so the delivery person called me to make sure someone knew the flowers had been delivered and where they were. She even went to the back door so the flowers wouldn’t be left in the sun. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the beautiful bouquets—Designer’s Choice—all white for sympathy. Thanks Kokee Flowers❤️

Ordered a bouquet for our 44th wedding anniversary around 12:30 PM; Andover got hit with a microburst at 3:00 PM, lost power as Climate Change destroyed trees and damaged many homes ; frankly I didn't think we would receive it until Sunday at the earliest, but sure enough the doorbell rang at 8:00 PM, and Jasmine, who created this gorgeous piece was at the front door in the dark, making the delivery. Our 54 year old daughter had just completed a 2 month round of chemo and radiation treatments

I understand that Valentine's Day is very busy, I used to work for a busy shop in Boston myself but a little heads up letting me know it was going to be delivered early would have been useful. Otherwise very pleased with the beautiful flowers and will most likely use Kokee again.

I had flowers delivered for my mom’s birthday to her job. Her company closes at 5 and the flowers didn’t get there until 6. I reached out to my mom and asked if she received them and she never did. I contacted them and asked where the flowers were and they told me they were just left in lobby… they were never hand delivered to anyone and just left for anyone else to take. Not at all what I requested. These flowers were for my mother’s 70th Birthday. I listed some flowers that she likes with the caveat that they may not be in season. I then asked for colors of purples, or pink/blush, or blues. She was delivered a bouquet of yellows and oranges. To say I was disappointed doesn’t cover it considering the price and delivery charge. 2 stars because the flowers were fresh and lovely, but not at all what I asked to be delivered. The decorated boxwood tree is beautiful! Every bit as perfect as the photograph, in fact our daughter took a photo so we could see it.

I ordered the Sunflowers Eyes, which is literally a bouquet of sunflowers. My sister instead got a mix of orange and peach daisies with a couple of roses mixed in. When I called the store, the person told me she didn’t have sunflowers so she made substitutions. Yet, I literally ordered a bouquet of SUNFLOWERS. She never called me to discuss this, just created a completely different bouquet than what I ordered and sent it on its way. Unbelievable. So, my sister, who loves yellow and sunflowers, instead got an underwhelming peach bouquet for her birthday. Needless to say, I am extremely upset about this and I will never order from this shop again. When you order a bouquet of a specific type of flower, that specific bouquet should be delivered. I do not recommend.

There was absolutely no communication from Kokee Flowers, and neither location answered the phone for several days. Attempts to contact via email and Facebook also failed. I finally got ahold of the florist on Thursday, who said "there were delivery issues". They kindly provided me with a discount, and delivered the flowers on Saturday - 6 days after the requested date. The arrangement was beautiful, but the lack of communication throughout the process, and the delayed delivery was entirely frustrating and unprofessional.

NEVER shop here! Absolutely horrendous experience! First of all, the 2 bouquets ($115 each) that we ordered from Kokee’s for Mother’s Day were never delivered. Second of all, when I called to figure out what happened, thinking they must have been backed up, I could not get in touch with anyone. The voicemail for the number listed was full. The email was not valid, and my emails all got bounced back. Lastly, I went on Facebook to see if anything was posted on their page to say what the problem might have been, I found hundreds of other people had posted a similar story with their Mother’s Day deliveries. It turns out the store is actually completely empty. I understand times are tough, and if they had been delayed, I would have been completely understanding; however, to leave your site open for ordering when you aren’t even in business is disgusting. I have reported their fraudulent business practices to my bank and been refunded. Do not put yourself through this, and avoid this scammer!

They accepted the order for Mother's Day delivery and then we spent all day waiting. No delivery. I called every couple hours starting around 2pm and there was no answer and the line said the mailbox was full. Finally at night, I realized they had an email address, too. No response on the email. The next day in the morning they called asking if they could still deliver. I accepted because I felt bad. There were delivery problems and looks like they didn't use the instructions I gave at all, which were relatively brief but useful for getting the flowers delivered. And, It looks like they didn't discount the order at all. I was charged full price for this item which was never received. We ordered them to be delivered on 5/9. I called them 12+ times and the larger office called them 5+ times with no response. Flowers showed up on 5/10 but they were completely wrong and did not have a singer gerbera daisy in it. I will not use them again. I get that times are hard but just let us know what's going on. I ordered flowers 10 days before Mother’s Day, and they were not delivered. I specifically chose to order this store to support a local business near where my parents lived. I received no email or phone call to let me know they weren’t delivered. I had to find out from my disappointed mother. And the day after, I cannot even get through to their phone line or leave a message because the voicemail is full. This has been a horrible experience with no explanation or customer support.

I was very nervous to order with Kokee after seeing some reviews. I had the Dazzling Delight flowers delivered with balloons to my mom for her birthday, they came out beautiful! I ordered the Sunflower Medley. I received an arrangement that had no sunflowers. At all. But I want to be fair. It was Valentine's Day. It was busy. I ordered online for in-store pick-up in Andover. When I arrived five hours later, it was clear that they never saw the order. The florist found my name on the screen and it was obvious that nothing had been prepared for me. I have to assume that the store was very busy. But the online order went through and my card was charged. She hastily prepared a lovely arrangement, no question. But it was not what I ordered. (Incidentally, I got an email at 11:00 PM telling me that my order was ready and I could pick it up. 11:00 PM!) If you are going to take online orders that promise same day service, then you should live up to that promise. I ordered it on short notice but the site gladly took my money and processed the order. The website could have denied the order OR the florist could call or email explaining the issue.

They offered 3 versions of the picture on the website starting at 75.00. I chose the middle option at 125.00 and it looked nothing like the picture-It was missing the small Christmas ornaments replaced by only ribbon and pine cones-most disappointing was that the red cardinal was missing which is why we chose this as they were my recently deceased dad’s favorite bird. Have to say I was disappointed when my friend posted a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. Someone called to make sure I was okay with a substitution since they had no Gerber daisies. I didn’t feel that I had much of a choice with the delivery needing to happen that same day, so I agreed. I always order flowers from here for my mom's birthday and mothers day and it usually works out well. This time it did not. I ordered them weeks in advance for mother's day, because they sent me a reminder email. On mother's day I got a delivery email saying they were delivered that night at 5:30pm. I thought that was late but know it is a busy flower holiday. The note said no one signed for it. My mom never called to thank me or send a photo which she normally does but I figured she was just busy. On Tuesday I asked her about the flowers. She said she didn't get any flowers! When I called to work this out with Kokee, I was told to leave a message. I assumed a manager or owner would call me to apologize. The call I got was from the delivery driver. They didn't seem to have any explanation for the missed delivery or why I got a receipt saying it was delivered. I don't have any interest in scolding this person anyway. This was the fault of management and I would have liked a real apology, refund, or upgrade. So my mom got mother's day flowers on Tuesday- and if I never asked her about it I would have never know their was an issue! Next year I'll use some place else or some other kind of gift.

I know there are always extenuating circumstances, but I ordered flowers several days in advance for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and they never showed up. I called several times, left a voicemail and sent an email and didn't hear anything until 3:00 PM the next day. Apparently there was an issue with the delivery driver. Once I got in touch with the owner, she was really nice and apologetic, refunded my order and had the flowers ready for my girlfriend to pick up the next day free of charge.
I was more bothered by the lack of communication than anything. I know they were getting calls from many customers, but next time I'd suggest at least changing the voicemail to make sure customers know what's going on. I shouldn't have had to wait until the next afternoon to hear back from them.

I ordered via the website and sent as a holiday gift for my daughters in-laws. I increased the purchase to "premium" versus the standard arrangement in the photo. My daughter sent a photo of the arrangement yesterday and I honestly cannot see any difference in the premium arrangement over the standard. Was passed among 3 different people then hung up on, called back and tried to get some help/assistance/service. Was told to order through the website. Sorry to say it was the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered flowers for Valentines Day that you would expect to be delivered on that day only to find out that they were not delivered. I was travelling that week so after a late night phone conversation that tried to explain that they did try(they didn't) we had to call back the next day, not once but twice, to get these delivered. They did finally arrive late the day after VD, and only because my wife made the second call. Since these flowers were for Valentines Day and did not arrive on that day I thought about cancelling them but the only one that would have suffered was my wife, and ultimately ME. Not a good experience for spending close to $100. The arrangement was very nice. If it arrived on the correct day it would have been perfect.

Worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers. Your location is literally 2 miles from my house. I had 3 phone calls from your organization, trying to find my house (while I was away at a weekend management meeting in Virginia). If the flowers delivered looked like the picture everything would be fine, but as my wife communicated to me, many of the flowers were delivered damaged or nearly dead, and the "Pearls and Pink" arrangement as the title was filled with more "tangerine" colored flowers. They replaced the order, but did not have the flowers in the picture available so when I came home I saw an arrangement that looked like something I would purchase for Thanksgiving. I understand that things happen, especially on holiday events like Valentine's day, but I think you have several opportunities for improvement.

The valentines flowers I order for my wife were just as beautiful. The bad part was that they were delivered at 7:30PM with only a few ours left in the holiday. I was very disappointed. So they were more like President's Day roses.

The roses are lovely; slightly smaller than I recall from past orders, but all in perfect condition. The greens and accents are perfect, a well-balanced arrangement. The double ribbon/bow added to the arrangement.
The delivery was made at 6:45 pm, which --- while understandable --- still created an awkward wait, then was delivers during dinner...not the best timing. A phone call to the house indicating a late delivery would have prevented the mild downer.

The flowers were amazing! The only negative was that the delivery confirmation came a day after the actual delivery. I had to call to follow up for delivery on the scheduled date.

I was very impressed by Kokee's customer service! When they called to confirm the online order they also explained that the delivery driver had left for the day and the lady calling would deliver the arrangement on her way home. I placed the order late in the afternoon and they still were able to deliver on the same day! I will definitely use Kokee again!

I have ordered so many flowers recently because of a death in the family, and the quality and presentation from flowers at Kokee are the best so far. Other flower brands do not hand deliver flowers and leave in a box, and then you have to arrange flowers yourself. The flowers from Kokee are beautiful. Looking forward to more purchases.
