The flowers were delivered, but throughout the day, I couldn't get a commitment on when they were going to be delivere. Frustrating as the individual had commitments and was leaving the house. The card was not correct as it was typed on line and to make matters worse, it was signed by the dead person that I was honoring?????. The recipient had no idea who sent the flowers. I will not use you again. You cannot screw up a sympathy gift any worse.

It seems that your recipient sent you a pic of the flowers. They were actually hot pink and other colors, no red.
Sometimes a picture from a cell phone has a different color hue than the actual item . We were glad to have it designed and delivered only an hour and a half after you ordered it, which was just before we closed, and Madilyn was happy to receive it. Thank You.

From 3000 miles away, I ordered flowers for my 80 year old aunt’s birthday. I have had some problems doing this from afar in the past, with flowers either not showing up or being of poor quality. These however, were nicer than the photo on the website, and showed up on time. I am so happy with the flowers and will definitely order again in the future.

This florist is amazing. We sent flowers to a girl hit by a car. After the delivery, they let us know that she had moved to Florida, we assume to recover.

The florist offered to pick up the flowers and asked if we wanted them to deliver to someone else. We had received news earlier that day that an older gentleman was being transfer to rehab after cracking 3 ribs. We asked florist to take to his wife.

I have never had service like this before.

I upgraded purchase for a more robust bouquet.
I had hoped for more daises or another couple of hydrangeas. One day Lilly was sticking out of the top, it looked like someone stuck it in on it’s way to the truck. It wasn’t even cut down to fit the vase. The flowers were as this appears but careful about that upgrade!

My experience was great. I ordered from out of town to have flowers sent to my daughter local. The online experience was so easy. The delivery was on time and the delivery person even called to be sure someone was home as the wind was so bad they didnt want to leave so the wind wouldn't blow them over and break. Exceptional service. Placed an out of state online order directly on their website on a Saturday for same day delivery. Promptly received notification of receipt of order followed by a request to substitute a few of the flowers. Delivery person was extremely professional and polite; even notified the recipient that the vase was sanitized (covid-19). Received follow up email notification of the delivery including the picture of what was delivered that matched the picture of what the recipient sent when thanking me. Exceeded communication expectations, prompt service and beautifully arranged quality flowers.

I sincerely appreciate Kennesaw Mountain Flowers sending a smile for me when I was not able to personally do so. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers and when they didn’t have all the same flowers pictured, they made an effort through email and a phone call to work with me to create a bouquet that I would be happy with. Most other florists would just substitute flowers that you may not like or of lesser quality. A nice personal touch contacting me and making me part of the solution. The end result was beautiful!

I had a bad experience with 1-800-flowers so went local. Beyond impressed. My previous purchase was a flower birthday cake and the shop called me to inquire if the recipient had a favorite number. They wanted to add that number of candles to make it more important. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is actually caring.

I went online late one night to order some flowers for my mom because we miss her during this weird time of quarantine and she is having a hard time not getting to visit with family. I chose the option for letting the florist design and just commented that she likes tulips and to make it bright and cheerful. I was disappointed when the young man called me and 4 of the balloons where deflated not even 24 hours later.
That $45 they should last longer than that.

I made an order from out of state for my mother in law for mother's day. Not knowing where to purchase flowers from I depended on google to help me find a florist with only two days in advance of the delivery date. I couldn't have been more happier with the process! Everything was completed online and I received multiple email confirmations. Finally when my mother in law received the delivery she sent a picture of the vase and bouquet and it was exactly as pictured, with lively, fresh, colorful flowers.

The orchids were a completely different color than what was pictured. I ordered white orchids, and the recipient received purple orchids. They still looked nice, but it would have been great if there was simply a disclaimer saying "flowers may vary in color" to set the level of expectation. There is a great deal of meaning in color - that's the whole point of ordering flowers. If you order red roses, receiving yellow or blue roses is not an adequate substitute.
