We are a local, women-owned flower shop. We have been in Business since 2010. We pride ourselves on using the freshest flowers to personalize each and every arrangement that we make. With love and care going into each and every order. Thus, giving your flowers the best advantage at your home, office or event destination. PICK UP NOTICE: No pick ups within 30 minutes of closing, This leaves us time to finish the cleaning details and prep for the next day. All pick-ups MUST be paid in full right away or else I do not hold anything for more than a half hour especially on a Holiday. We are a local company, so we Deliver to Greenfield, Greendale, Milwaukee, West Milwaukee, Cudahy, Hales Corners, St. Francis, Caledonia, Franklin, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Muskego, New Berlin, Germantown and Mequon. Contact us, if your delivery is located further South or West of Milwaukee. (We do make exceptions) Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday (10 A.M. till 6:00 P.M.) Fridays and Saturdays (10 A.M. -5:00 P.M.) After hours Wedding and/or Prom consultations are available by appointment IF SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (414) 331-0272, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (414) 331-0272 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

We filled your order with seasonal flowers, winterberry bush and accented the vase with ribbon and button wire. We are not connected to any wire service and can not speak to their designs. |After my mother called me to see if i had sent her something or if it was a scam phone call, I called Bloomnation to confirm the delivery for her, and whomever answered had an attitude about it. I won't be ordering from them again.. the arrangement was pretty, but definitely over priced.

Good Morning Krista, As per our website announcement because of the Covid 19, "We are currently providing Touch-less deliveries which will require the receipt's phone number to call to make sure they are home and another call after delivery has been made to have them retrieve the item from their porch or side door." Your Mother was called to make sure she was home and the call stated that we are a courier service and that we have a delivery for her. With the changes in the world now, surprises are a thing of the past. Sorry for any confusion.

|When the arrangement was ready to go, I received photos by email of it for my approval. The flowers were even delivered within a few hours of placing the order. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
