The bouquet looked beautiful in the picture I received from the JP Designs Floral. I thought this was a nice touch, it was sent pre-delivery. The recipient loved them and sent a text to thank us. She just had a boy, I was thinking of sending blues and whites but this pretty pink bouquet made mommy feel special.

I recently called Joe at JP Designs Floral to make up a plant/flower arrangement for delivery. He answered the phone!!! No automation! We communicated via phone and text and he prepared the plant/arrangement I asked for and it was delivered successfully to the recipient. He even sent me a picture of the it. It was such an easy process to place an order. I had written a note that flowers were for a funeral in a somewhat out of the way area. They responded right away that they knew where it was and that the flowers would make it. They even emailed me a picture of completed bouquet...that was a first! While pretty, I felt that for the price it should have had more flowers. As the main flower is inexpensive, the alstroemeria, you could have added a few others. It might have helped if the white tulips were open.

The design itself was nice. To bad instead of small, cheap carnations you had added a slightly bigger flower to balance the right side.

I contacted JP Designs late Friday evening via the website email asking for a custom tailored floral arrangement with very specific design concepts in my mind. Moments later I received a text message from Joe, the shop owner telling me his creative juices would flow and that he would put something fabulous together for me. Again, I was very specific and it required lots of exotic components. All of this for a delivery the very next afternoon.
He surpassed my expectations and indeed used the ginger lilies and bird of paradise, as well as other flowers I requested to create a really unique and spectacular arrangement. I give him highest marks on all counts! And he’s a really amazing person on top of it. Thanks Joe!

Chose this design because the product description stated it uses succulents. Unfortunately nothing like the succulent in the picture which I understand product won’t be alike but to use a broken succulent at the cost of the product, which I upgraded by the way, is not what I would have expected with all the raves of reviews I read.

AMAZING! Ordered a custom bouquet to be delivered to my partners mother in Santa Maria and everything about the process from ordering to delivery was smooth as can be. I was able to speak with Joe personally through the phone and email and was reassured that it would be delivered in time and made to my liking. I requested a purple/white flower mix and joe recreated something beyond my expectations! He even sent me a picture before delivering the flowers to prove how beautiful the arrangement he made was. So, substitutions might be made. I felt the vibrance of the gerbera daisies would give a brighter visual for Eleanor, plus the other additions. I received a call the day before Valentine’s Day and was told that all the vases that were supposed to hold the flowers were broken and that something would be done to make my arrangement look amazing. Well on Valentine’s Day I got a picture from my mother in law of her arrangement and it was beautiful and way more than I expected. I have ordered flowers several times from JP. They have all been so great! However, this week I ordered some flowers for our Mother for her birthday. I upgraded to the Premium bouquet which is supposed to be bigger with more flowers. The arrangement was beautiful but no exactly what I had hoped. I mentioned it to Joe and he immediately made another arrangement and had it delivered to my Mom the same day!!
