On the positive side, the florist followed my directions (no baby’s breath) and found peppermint carnations.
On the negative side, the stems were not cut to provide the even dome-like appearance. Instead, the different lengths of stems contributed to a thrown-together look. The recipient cut the longer stems to fix it.

I live in Maryland...and I asked for references and some of my San Antonio friends recommended Jo's Flowers and Gifts. I wanted a local florist in Cibolo. So, I ordered flowers for a friend's quiet wedding...they said the arrangement was stunning. I would highly recommend them...especially to folks calling from out of town. I always call directly to a florist she I'm delivering flowers from out of town.

I appreciate that you were able to deliver the arrangement on the same day. However, I purchased a premium designer’s choice arrangement and the picture I received from the recipient when they arrived looked more like an inexpensive arrangement from the grocery store. For this price point, especially being the highest level designer’s choice I expected much more than a handful of roses and some carnations.

It is difficult to order something when you on the other side of the country. We have all had bad experiences! I did find Jo's Flowers and Gifts. The Easter Lilly was beautiful and huge. We called Jo’s from Edmonds, WA, for a sympathy arrangement for our son’s family in Marion after our first attempt to send an arrangement from another “local??” company was convoluted, frustrating and ultimately ended in non-delivery and a wasted day.

My sister sent me a picture of what she received and it was much less than this picture shown. I studied your ordering process and did notice that there were three different sizes. I took note that the picture shown did not describe what size it was. I ordered the "deluxe" which, as I said before was less than the picture. I was disappointed i would have spent more to get what I wanted. The total we spent was $102 including tax and delivery. I was disappointed that that was all a $102 would buy on your shop.

I recently ordered the floral spray for my brother, Allen Wiederstein’s, funeral. Upon ordering, the young lady who took the order said it would be colorful with a variety of flowers. I was disappointed in the flower selection . It almost appeared that what was used was the leftovers in the cooler. Upon closer inspection, the “blue” flowers used were spray painted with wet paint rubbing off onto the white roses. She stated that gladiolus were in season in a variety of colors. I was excited because she conveyed a vision of what it was going to be. I also ordered white boutonnières for the pall bearers and upon arrival to the church, they were red. I was surprised that when I stopped by at 11:00 am the day of the visitation, that this entire floral order had not even been started. This was a huge funeral with over 500 people in attendance , so a lot of people saw all these flowers from your shop.

I could have selected a birthday item order that included flowers AND balloons, but I selected Designers Choice upgraded to Premium because I figured it would be an upgrade. You sent my wife flowers and a card on a special birthday... like I myself usually send....you didn't include balloons or candy or a stuffed animal or a combination of those things with the Designers Choice Premium?
I am more than disappointed with your Designers Choice Premium. I also included a $10 tip because I just knew ya'll would deliver. My wife's birthday just 'ok" while I'm deployed overseas and can't be there.

Very, very disappointed, the receiver did not like the arrangement. It was meant to make the person happy and it did not. All white flowers? the flowers were for a birthday, not a funeral. The picture from which I ordered had pink roses and the ones delivered were all white. Cannot believe you did not have any other color...its spring! It was not as full as the arrangement on the picture. I understand,things are more expensive and so are the prices, but it was not what I or the receiver expected. I ordererd from here last year and it was nothing like this.

I’m sorry but we were very disappointed. The photo makes the bouquet look bigger than it really is and with a lot of the stargazer Lillie’s. Our arrangement had only 3 stargazer Lillie’s and while it was very pretty was not what we expected for $100.00.

The process of ordering was easy and the delivery was as expected. My disappointment is in the size of the arrangement. I opted for the premium arrangement (with delivery fee and taxes, it was $135+, but was underwhelmed by the overall appearance. Small and simple. The quality appears to be good, though.

The bouquet that was delivered looked droopy and had so few flowers I was embarrassed I sent that to cheer up a friend ☹

My sister and her husband were thrilled with this poinsettia. They said it was full and beautiful. I said to myself when I was ordering it, I hope it looks as good as the picture, and it did. So thank you so much!!

Paid $65 US for 2 red roses, a few tea roses, 4 carnations and mostly broken pine boughs for greenery. The photo shows 6 roses, a dozen carnations, 6 tea roses and greenery. Will not be using Jo’s Flowers ever again and will not encourage anyone I know to either.

Wow - Absolutely the best customer service I've encountered in several years! I will be using their services for other florist arrangements in the future though I had a problem initially.

Problem: The arrangement I purchased for a co-worker's birthday didn't "meet the mark" of quality that I expected.

Solution: After an email to the store, the owner explained the cause of the quality degradation and offered more than I ever would expect to make things right. I didn't accept all of their options but am happy to say they delivered another bouquet to my co-worker that was festive and stunning to look at.

I’ve had issues with other florists not providing anything near what was advertised. Here though this wasn’t the case! My mom called me and said this was her favorite arrangement she’s ever received. She’s picky about her flowers so I was surprised to hear that but she was won over by the freshness and fullness of the arrangement. Looked exactly like, if not better than, the picture I selected. I highly recommend! I regularly send my mom flowers since I live out of town and I’m glad I finally found a good place to go to from now on.

Only downfall was the cost started at 82.00 and by the time you added delivery and tax I was at 100 dollars . I guess living in Iowa something of that nature delivered would have been about 60.00 .

I ordered these flowers online. Mary called within a couple of minutes to let me know she was out of the Gerber daisies. She said she would do best to keep the look of what I ordered. My girlfriend loved the flowers! They turned out better than the picture! Thank you so much for providing such amazing customer service. it was easy to order on line. I didn't go to the service so I don't know what the arrangement actually looked like. I think it would be wonderful, if you could email customers a picture of the actual arrangement. A picture taken upon delivery if that's appropriate....or just before delivery. I have ordered flowers from a large company and found out that the actual arrangement delivered was quite sad and not what I ordered. The recipient of the flowers will never call the sender and tell them that the flowers were a disaster if they were. Proof of what you actually delivered would encourage me and many others to continue doing business with you. P.S. I heard from the son of the deceased that the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!
