I am extremely impressed by the service and products provided by Ipswich Hearts’N Flowers. I placed two separate same day delivery orders for each daughter’s birthday. The delivery driver called me for one delivery to confirm ok to leave delivery because they actually read my online instructions! For the second delivery, the owner called and let me know they don’t deliver to Boston, but without a hitch she took care of finding a florist who could deliver. Bought a dozen roses for Valentine's Day. Flowers were terrible and dead after 4 days. I put the flowers in water ten minutes after picking up and they didn't last at all. I've purchased flowers before and know how to take care off them these were just bad.
I wish I would have said something when I picked up the flowers but I thought they would perk up once I got them home and put them in fresh water. Just a lesson learned I guess, and I'm out $80.

Oscar. There is no way we would have let the flowers leave the shop in that condition. The black edges are an indication that the freezing tempatures damaged your roses. Please call the shop to arrange to pick up a new set. We still have roses from the same shipment that are blooming and beautiful. We will stand by our product. Please remember. We are a small business and do not put out bad product. Please take note of all our reviews. Thank you and please know that it's always best to call the business first to find a solution. Bad reviews, hurt small businesses.

I ordered a get well balloon bouquet for my cousin who had surgery. Everything depends on what the shops can get in stock these days, so I asked for a colorful Mylar get well balloon and colorful latex balloons to match. My cousin was so happy with it and sent me a picture - the folks at Ipswich did a fantastic job! Delivery was exactly as promised.

I am the owner- I delivered the flowers. She lives in a secure building- I used the Key pad outside the locked building. She did not answer. I also called the phone number given, she also did not answer. It was windy and cold out and the best option was to leave it with the front office of the building. The woman that took the flowers said that she would try to reach her. I wish you had called us directly so that you would know we did everything to get the flowers directly to the recipient. We always go above and beyond to keep our customers happy with our store. I find that in today’s times with the overload of telemarketing calls, people do not respond to unknown numbers. I’m sorry that she got them the next day. That was not our intent.

I just moved to Ipswich and was looking for a local florist to get my wife some flowers for Valentine's Day. Ipswich Hearts N Flowers had great reviews online so I decided to give them a try. It was very easy and quick to make my selection and place my order on their website. The flowers were ready for pick up at the time I requested, and they were outstanding! The roses lasted about 10 days before starting to go bad. That was awesome! My wife loved them. I was very pleased with the quality and service I received and will definitely be back in the future.

Appreciate receiving a photo of the actual arrangement that was made for my order. This is a very nice feature to offer out of town customers. I did notice that while the arrangement was similar to what I ordered, and of the same color scheme, it contained fewer types of flowers and they were of a less expensive quality.
