FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, PLEASE ORDER BY 12 NOON. All deliveries are made in the afternoons between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If your delivery needs to be at a specified time, we offer "timed delivery" for a fee during the checkout process.
Please be sure to include the RECIPIENT'S CORRECT PHONE NUMBER, (not your phone number, this delays your delivery) gate codes or any other special instructions to ensure a smooth delivery. Due to unreliable Texas weather, House Of Flowers MUST call and schedule your delivery with the recipient. Flowers CAN NOT be left on the porch during the summer. Please try and make sure your recipient will be home at time of delivery. We will attempt delivery once and then offer them an in-studio pickup. Delivery charges are non-refundable. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
