Ordered the deluxe pink flower box late evening and the delivery was early the next morning, which I was extremely appreciated with. The ordering process was quick and very easy! I ordered this box for my niece and they went above and beyond. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and varied and the bouquet was huge. I asked for dark and light pinks as a customization and they did exactly what I asked for. It was delivered in a timely fashion and they sent updates as to when it was delivered. No complaints I heard from the recipient that they were arranged beautifully and that they were delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Recipient also got the link to my digital card and video. I will make future purchases because of the well executed service I received. Which I should receive for the amount that I paid. That would be my only critique is that it was a little pricey, I had to pay for delivery and a service fee. I could understand one or the other but both of those fees. Come on I am paying for my arrangements and tax. So.e other places will give you free shipping but charge a small service fee. Plus I came to Hilton's because online it said free delivery. But when at check out I had to pay for shipping and. Service fee. At least give free shipping to first time purchases.

The flower arrangement was beautiful and size-wise looked like the photo. However, I wasn’t contacted about what color to use and the arrangement came as a mixed bag of primarily white, some pink, and some red. Unfortunately red symbolizes death in the recipient’s culture so it ended up being a little inappropriate for the occasion but she was understanding. My only suggestion is to provide instructions on how to pick the color id this arrangement since it does say “color of your choice”. Other than that, no issues with the delivery!

I am so utterly disappointed and upset at the huge difference in quality of the arrangement pictured vs what was given. Not to mention I paid for delivery and they said they couldn’t find that address… ummmm they have delivered there before and the house has been there since the 60s smh! Very disappointed in the arrangement. Baby’s breath only on one side making the arrangement looking thrown together. Not the kind of work coming out of Hiltons flowers. It was pretty expensive with delivery and tip. The lavender and pinks were very pretty, the dark purple ones looked out of place. The arrangement was left on the front porch. The recipient is 90 years old and funny answer the bell. Would have been nice for the driver to use the phone number I provided to alert of the delivery. I’m sorry if I sound harsh, but I think I will just arrange a bouquet myself from Sam’s club , I have beautiful ribbon. Times have changed.

Hilton’s flowers went above and beyond to make my order perfect. When ordering my flowers for an out of state delivery, I put the wrong delivery date. After noticing, in a panic I reached out to Hiltons flowers to make the correction late on Sun evening. They emailed me back that evening and sent another email the following day confirming the change.

I’m sure you guys were overwhelmed with filling Valentine’s Day orders, but I have to mention that I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers this time. The order of the roses delivered yesterday did not look fresh. Many of the petals were shriveled up.

The arrangement that was delivered was NOT the arrangement represented in the photo. Instead of being filled with roses, lisianthus, alstromeria and lilies, the lisianthus and alstromeria were replaced by baby's breath and gerbera daisies. If you were unable to use the flowers reflected in the photo on your website, you should have contacted me and I'd have chosen a different arrangement. Very disappointed.

The flowers were frighteningly small for the price. The vase is about a 3" x 3" square just to give you some reference about the size of the entire bouquet. Aside from the vase, you can get much larger and prettier stand-alone bouquets for the $50 I paid before all the shipping fees.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
