Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

I paid for the premium bouquet and what was sent was a very small vase and the flowers did not look fresh. I am very disappointed with the product. It should have looked more like what was advertised. I will not use this telaflora florist again in the future.

Received six roses instead of 12. Contacted the local florist and was spoken to very rudely by Merle the owner. He states it was a misprint by bloom nation and that he would have “lost money” had he filled it with 12. Kept repeating that it’s not his fault. Well it definitely isn’t mine. I know what I ordered and was not delivered. Will not recommend them or use them again. He was very rude and confrontational about him losing money. I as the consumer have no control over that.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
