I purchased a dozen of roses to be delivered on Mother's Day. The order was delivered but some of the roses had black petals on them. My complaint is that they were dead by Tuesday. Is this a problem where your flowers have died in 3 days? They absolutely look nothing like the picture!

I have never been happier with a florist. Shortly after I placed my order online to be delivered the next day, I called this florist to see if there was any way they could deliver it the same day. It was already 3:30 in the afternoon when I called. They did it. Within about 30 minutes, my friend sent me a photo of it. And yes— it looked as wonderful as the picture online did. Kinda disappointed to be honest. I didn't expect it to be really small, but maybe that's on me, I should have chosen the design myself. But the flowers aren't fresh either and about to fall off. Also, the recipient wasn't notified of the delivery, including me (I texted but no one replied), so it was just sitting downstairs at the apartment for I don't know how long.

Hillside Florist is the office GO TO place if we need flowers. So when my Aunt passed away I knew who I would work with for an arrangement.
Hillside Florist was excellent. I paid an extra $15 instead of going through a Teleflora. I'd rather help a local business out. And it was worth it. The item was delivered a head of schedule which was greatly appreciated being it was for a wake and time sensitive.

I ordered online and was a bit nervous I filled out the form correctly. Flowers did arrive, I was sent a picture cause I was unable to attend. I compared the arrangement to the picture on the site and was surprised to see that they did use the same type and color of flowers but added a big yellow bow possibly a filler which I did not like and didn’t use the clay reusable pot which is WHY I picked this arrangement. I wanted something my friend could take home and reuse to remember us, not a big spray display I. A plastic ugly vase. Sorry for the honest review…

This was an absolutely stunning bouquet that they put together! I placed the order online after their regular business hours, and they still had it ready for me the next day. My friends recently lost a brother so I had gotten this for the family, not knowing that his favorite color was blue. This Boxwood tree was smaller and a lot darker than I thought it would be. Your picture has bright red and white bows. I received a picture of it from my friend and it had no bows at all. As with every successful commercial business the customer-friendly ones handle the daily hiccups focusing on customer satisfaction rather than strictly on profits. Hillside does just that. I was quite disappointed. The soft and tender bouquet deluxe that was delivered only had a clear, plain glass vase with no detailing, only 4 roses, pink carnations, pink lilies and white miniature daisies. The bouquet was not full like a deluxe bouquet should be, there was no alostemeria and the substitute daisy was not the same value of flower. The roses were substituted with carnations which is a much cheaper flower. the vase was terrible. The arrangement didn’t look like the sweet and tender bouquet that I ordered. I also had to call them the next day after ordering because the confirming email to me was missing two names. This arrangement was for my mothers 99 year old sister’s funeral and she was quite upset. We have used hillside before with much better results and won’t be using them again.

Not going to lie. We placed an order for our boss on 12/20 - we upgraded the arrangement to ‘premium’ and what was delivered was the ‘normal’ arrangement, that was $20 less.
I placed a call the following morning and it was confirmed a mistake had been made and that they were sending the correct premium arrangement that day. The florist was very nice and apologetic.
We received a picture of the new arrangement from our boss and she asked why it was replaced - she said there were 2 more roses, but other than that, it was the same size/same arrangement. And the kicker - they took back the first arrangement.....

The service was great. I was a little disappointed that the arrangement received was a bit darker in colors than expected and did not contain any lilies which is my step-mothers favorite flower. I know sometimes this can't be controlled. The arrangement itself was very pretty it just looked more like fall colors than spring colors. Ordering locally will still be my 1st option next time for sure. The flowers looked very healthy and were delivered on time.

I am always hesitant to choose a bouquet of flowers from a picture online for fear that it won't look anything like the photo, and often the "online flower companies" with their unpersonalized arrangements come out looking very sad and not worth even half what you pay for them (much smaller arrangement than the picture, not even the same flower family or colors, and the blooms don't last a few days). This bouquet was larger than I expected, with beautiful flowers, arranged to look like the picture, but better.
