Floral deliveries are also available to most Lake County Communities. Heartfelt Florals STUDIO is conveniently located at 7541 Mentor Avenue, in the Colonial Plaza Office Building, in Mentor. We are on/in the lower level. Studio A109. There are two ways to enter: 1) At the plaza level, we are on the right end between Gomez Shoes and H&R Block. Look for our sign on the door and if it is locked, ring the bell or text us and we will come let you in. NOTE: There is a set of stairs at this entrance. 2) Easiest way to enter, is to pull around the right (East) side of the building. Park in back and come through the door labeled 7541. Look for our signs and come down the inside hall to Suite A109, at the bottom of the stairs.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
