We also have a large variety of sympathy gift items for your funeral needs, including lanterns, wind chimes, angels, garden benches, custom engraved plaques, throws and much more. We also offer free wedding consultations and mowing/landscaping quotes. Our floral designers continue to go to classes and seminars to keep up to date on the newest trends and designs. Michael Haehn
Lead FTD Master Designer and 2nd Generation Owner, Wapakoneta native Mick Haehn, has been playing with flowers since he was a kid. Mick is always reinventing and discovering style-forward ways to design with seasonal blooms, focusing on vase longevity and value, all while "keeping it pretty". Passionate about exceptional service, thoughtful presentation and a distinct floral experience, Haehn Florist, Greenhouse, and Flower Delivery strives to make each gift personal and unique.

For being $105 almost total what was received was very disappointing. It was small and spares and honestly if I would’ve seen it in person in advance, I would not have paid more than $50 for it, including delivery.

I tell everyone to go to your facility. But this time really disappointed in what happened. Wrong arrangements sent to funeral home for Connie Butcher and then when they corrected it and sent the right one to my house disappointed again. I could have done it. White lantern fine, candle fine. What they did was take a small swag with 2 sunflowers and hydrangea with greenry and twist tied it to the handle. No ribbon No looking like a Haehn's arrangement. I could have done it for $40.00. The swag wasn't even on it tight. For $104.00 total arrangement it was disappointing. You could have taken your time. I would not have been happy with this one going to the funeral home either. Sub

The slate we ordered turned out beautiful. However, we communicated 3 different times what the card was supposed to read and it was delivered with the wrong message. This was a gift from our company to a co-worker and it contained the name of the person that placed the order, we as stated above we specified in 3 areas that no single name was to be on the card.

Unfortunately, when things are ordered for same day delivery, we may have to make substitutions which is why directly beneath the description there is a substitution policy. We did make the color substitution of the roses for white with red edges (instead of red) since they were much nicer and would last a lot longer (the red roses we had that day were old and were disposed of). Our fresh red roses weren't coming in until the next day.
Unfortunately, we move so much inventory that it's hard to have a specific bear for every order which is also why it says in the description that bear style may vary. We did our best to create the closest thing to the photo of what you ordered with what we had in stock so that we could deliver it in a timely manner the same day.
You did receive an order of full value and the same products shown, but we are sorry you aren't 100% satisfied with your order. We strive for satisfaction and hope you understand that we feel we did our best to complete this order as close as possible.

Turned out beautifully! Ours came in a rustic wooden box with a tin butterfly on the front. Ordered this for a funeral to be able to give something a little different than your standard arrangement, and boy did it impress! Our arrangement looked exactly as the picture, however, when we purchased this arrangement, we thought it would be much larger in person. We were envisioning the flowers being on the floor and a full size wind chimes. It was a tabletop arrangement and tiny wind chimes. Putting dimensions with the picture may help to clear this up to future buyers.

To be honest, I was disappointed. I paid for a premium bouquet and what was delivered seemed smaller than the what was pictured in the lowest price category. I do not think that this bouquet warranted the price that was charged.

I originally ordered them to be delivered on Mother's Day Sunday, but they were unable to deliver that day. They contacted me right away to let me know, and allowed me to switch the date to the Saturday before. They sent me a picture of the flowers and even emailed me after they were delivered. My mother got the flowers and loved them. I would definitely recommend Haehns, and I'm sure I will order through them again.

I have never ordered online with Haehn's before, however, I have used them for many other phone orders. The delivery time on my email indicated the plant was delivered at 4:15 and I had requested the plant be delivered before 2pm when the funeral viewing started. I don't know if this was a mixup from the online system but I am not satisfied that my order was completed as indicated.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
