I never used this florist before but in the future I will. They helped me in suggesting an arrangement appropriate for this recipient and delivered it that day. In addition I wanted chocolates to accompany the arrangement and even though they did not carry any someone picked up a box of fine chocolates and included it in the arrangement. I live in Indianapolis. I needed flowers for some friends delivered to their homes. They delivered them for me the receipiants loved them. Said they were beautiful. However, they were a little pricey but isn’t everything now a little pricey. Overall Herb did a great job.

Wonderful company to deal with. My aunt -- who is in her 90s -- said the orchid arrangement was beautiful. I ordered online Friday night, having forgotten Mother's Day was Sunday. The actual flower arrangement was perfect and delivery time was on point. However, my mother told me the flowers did not appear old, but the entire bouquet was wilted upon arrival, possibly due to the delivery vehicle having the windows down and being not air-conditioned. She gave them water and they perked up a bit, but I feel this is unfortunate - to take the time to make such a lovely arrangement and the customer pays quite a hefty sum and then the mother gets 'the wilts' on Mother's Day. In the past we've had excellent experiences - air conditioned vehicles are a thumbs up for the blooms!

I called at almost 4p in the afternoon to have flowers delivered to an Anniversary dinner for my parents. Herb, who delivered an arrangement I sent to my grandmother for her birthday, was absolutely lovely to work with. When I advised him to leave the bouquet outside if she wasn't home, he reminded me how hot it is there right now and didn't want the flowers to suffer as a result. Of course, I forgot to send my wife flowers for her birthday like I've done every year since we were married. I needed a solution and fast. I was very pleased to be called to tell me they had to substitute some flowers because of quality of flowers. In addition, they told me they had just delivered the same arrangement, so suggested adding some other stems so that they would be different. The delivery person called me when no one answered the phone or door there. I was able to give them another number which solved the problem. I will use this florist whenever possible for future flower orders; having called on a Saturday afternoon to ask if a sympathy arrangement could be delivered to the site of the memorial service the next Monday, I wasn’t optimistic. I needed to get flowers out ASAP for delivery the next day and wasn't near the normal florist I usually use. I stumbled across the beautiful flower shop by accident and I'm glad I did. Flowers were really beautiful; however, they were not at 'medium' height but bunched on the top of the vase and one stray strand of phlox was hanging out at an angle.... not what I expected. Have to be more explicit with directions :(
